This paper studied the dose-effect relationship based on the literature and clinical experience and tapped Chinese medicine theory in the prescription dose. By portraying Febrile Diseases Recipe development of the amount from the context of Han dynasty, combined with textual information related to artifacts, drugs measure data, the ancient medical literature, the origin Zhongjing dose was of more exploration and thinking.Study Subject:Febrile Diseases's 50 drugs usage statistics in Jin-Yuan clinical, medical books Jin and Yuan Dynasties literature on the relationship between dose and clinical medicine, and dose control strategies related content mining, sorting and summary.Study Objective:To establish dose prescription database that describes the commonly used drugs by the side of clinical usage in the Jin and Yuan physician profiles; conclude the amount of famous Jin and Yuan physicians of clinical drug laws using statistical data mining techniques; track the amount of prescriptions in Jin-Yuan era by historical evolution trajectory using Zhongjing contrast dose.Methods:Using EXCEL form data entry, select medical books in the relevant data and enter them into computer, then establish physician prescription dose database; process data using EXCEL form and appropriate statistical methods in statistical drugs occurrence frequency, drug common usage, average dose, dose distribution range, etc.; analyze the situation by parties on the amount of statistical and contemporary usage comparatively.Results1. Febrile Diseases's is higher than the dose commonly used drugs dose Jin andYuan Dynasties. On the earlier,50 herbs in Febrile Diseases,186 decoction between Jin and 642 most commonly used in the range of doses and dose distributions were compared, these charts can be more clearly seen that the same drugs are of difference between the amount in two different times.47 herbal medicine average dose used in Febrile Diseases were less than the doctors'average dose of drugs in Jin and Yuan era, while the difference in multiples is different. The largest difference between the multiples are Suanzaoren, Ophiopogon and oysters, respectively with a difference of 67.88, 30.61 and 28.32 times. Multiples of the minimum difference between the two herbs are capillaris and gardenia, a difference of 1.25 and 1.59 times, at the same time, the other 42 difference between herbal medicine were 12 times to 2 times or less; the average difference between 47 herbal medicine multiples were of 8 times.Comparing the usual 22 herbal medicine dose of Jin-Yuan Four top physicians with Febrile Diseases, Jin-Yuan four bigs'were greater than Febrile Diseases'. The other drugs were often used small doses than the amount of Zhongjing. Difference between the most and poor are gypsum, Zhongjing common dose of 56 times the dose Jin-Yuan used. Zhongjing average dose of 22 commonly used herbal medicine were 8 times than the dose Jin and Yuan Dynasties used. Drug distribution from the range in addition to physicians used Jin and Yuan, Rehmannia, Angelica, Poria, Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root,Licorice, Astragalus, Forsythia, Asarum, Capillaris, Polyporus, and Alisma were maximum of 11 doses of herbal medicine than Febrile Diseases per serving maximum dose, the distribution range of other drugs were of broader dose distribution than Febrile Diseases'.The number of statistical data and charts illustrated that 50 common use drugs in Febrile Diseases were of the dose amount more than four Jin-Yuan medical bigheads including the average dose, the most common dose, dose distribution range and commonly used dose range.2. Seeing the number of drugs in prescriptions, Jin-Yuan were of about 2 times the number of Zhongjing. Contemporary total drug amount were of about 4 times the number in Zhongjing's.3. From each dosage view, each serving amount about Jin-Yuan dynasties per serving were 1/3 of the amount Zhongjing's per serving,but the contemporary Chinese is about 1/5.4. From the drug use frequency, Jin-Yuan physicians preferred to use tonic decoctions, as Ba Zhen Tang of LIU Wan-su, Buzhongyiqi Tang of Li Dong-yuan, six Junzi soup of Zhu Dan-xi,Shaoyao San of Zhang Zi-he.
