Obective After observing abnormal embryo on gnaw-teeth and nongnaw-teeth animal for Yang Jing Zhong Yu Tang,and after observing MNPEC,TA reverse mututation,CHL chromosomal aberration.It is able to open out its genotoxicity.These will provide experiment gist to apply drugs for women in gestation.Methods To adopt dissection techniques and pathology means,we by comparing with differ groups,and we inspect venter rats weightness,appetite,amphimixis rate,becoming pregnant rate,and observe vivid embryo rate,abnormal embryo rate,embryo bowel and embryo bones,it is able to open out its reproductive toxicity.To adopt cell training techniques and mixing into utensil means,we inspect TA bacterial reverse mutation CHL chromosomai aberration and MNPEC of KM mouse,it is able to open out its genotoxicity.Results According to the specialty of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The study adopts reformative technique and means of procreate toxicity and inherit toxicity,we educe experiment results:â‘ To observe reproductive toxicity on Yang Jing Zhong Yu Tang, The study adopts Sprague-Dawley pregnant rats, and sets up differ dosages with 62.5g/kg,25g/kg,10g/kg, the experiment effects indicate that it is't affected to alive embryo rate,mating rate and mating time,estrum time, pregnanting rate on venter rats, and we observe the pathology varieties of sex apparatus, it is't affected too.â‘¡To observe genotoxicity on Yang Jing Zhong Yu Tang.The study adopts mixing into utensil technique,and sets up differ dosages with 0.8,3.1,12.5,50.0 and 200.0mg/utensil,the experiment effects indicate that it is't affedted to TA97,TA98,TA100 and TA102,under existed S9 or non-existed S9,and we observe TA bacterial reverse mutation,it is't affected in differ groups.â‘¢The study adopts filling stomach to KM mouses with 100g/kg,and sets up differ time points with 24h,48h,the experiment effects indicate that it is't affected to MNPEC of the mice marrows with differ time points (P>0.05).But it is distinct difference on MNPEC of the mice marrows for the masculine control groups and the negative control groups,it indicates that it is a credibility system.We adopt differ dosages with 25g/kg,50g/kg,100g/kg,and take timbers after 24h,it is't affected in differ groups on MNPEC of the mouse marrows.â‘£The study adopts cell training means to observe CHL chromosomal aberration for Yang Jing Zhong Yu Tang with 5000,2500,1250ug/ml,and take timbers after 24h and 48h,it is't affected in differ groups on CHL chromosomal aberration for Yang Jing Zhong Yu Tang in differ dosages,it is distinct difference on CHL chromosomal aberration for the masculine control groups and the negative control groups,it indicates that it have not geno toxicity on Yang Jing Zhong Yu Tang.Conclusions After colligating experiment results,it is't affected to reproductive toxicity for Sprague-Dawley pregnant rats on Yang Jing Zhong Yu Tang in 62.5g/kg. in the fetus growth toxicity test, it is't affected to reproductive toxicity for. After observing genotoxicity on Yang Jing Zhong Yu Tang,under existed S9 or non-existed S9,the experiment effects indicate that it is't affected to TA bacterial reverse mutation in 200.0mg/utensil.The study adopts filling stomach to KM mice,and adopts differ dosages with 25g/kg,50g/kg,100g/kg,we take timbers after 24h,it is't affected in differ groups on MNPEC of the mouse marrows,under existed S9 or non-existed S9,the experiment effects indicate that it is't affected to CHL chromosomal aberration in the differ dosages,it indicates that it has not genotoxicity on Yang Jing Zhong Yu Tang.
