The current indicators of fitness assessment aim at evaluation on group's fitness, its sensitivity and discrimination need to be elevated. Evaluation indexes of cardiovascular function and monitoring indexes of cardiovascular risk have not yet formed a system. In accordance with the principle of voluntary participation, this research selected 266 adults aged 20-59 years who worked in Haidian District enterprises and institutions, of which 113 were males and 153 females. Using incremental cycle ergometer stress test, this research observe dynamic changes of each age groups'heart rate, blood pressure, pulse wave velocity(PWV),Augumentation Index(AI) and so on. After relativity analysis on factors affecting these indicators, following results are conducted:1,In the GXT test, systolic blood pressure of participants aged under 40 years increased rapidly, diastolic blood pressure of participants 40-49 years increased obviously; systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure of 50-59-year-old population changed significant.2,In the case of the same age, women completed the load and exercise time were less than men.3,Stimulation of the exercise load, heart rate of BMI normal group increased rapidly; blood pressureof the obese and the overweight groups changed more obviously.4,In male subjects, the termination criteria were accounted for three of were:the ST segment abnormal (16.8%), RPE≥17 (15.0%), systolic blood pressure≥200mmHg (14.2%) and lower limb fatigue (14.2%); in women groups, accounting for the termination of the top three criteria were lower extremity fatigue (52.9%), RPE≥17 (26.1%) and ST segment abnormalities (20.0%).5,Brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity was moderate correlation with blood pressure of quiet and termination exercise, particularly was highly relevant with systolic blood pressure of termination exercise in female.6,In the female group, the blood parameters in serum total cholesterol (TG), serum triglyceride (TC) were highly relevant with exercise time, termination heart rate, termination of SBP, DBP,PP and baPWV.Conclusion:1,In rest, the brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) was reflect the differences level in different BMI and age groups in adult.2,From the age characteristics, in GXT exercise stress test, participants aged under 40 years increased rapidly in heart rate and SBP increased;over the age of 40 SBP, DBP and PP were significant elevated. Thus, with age, SBP, DBP and PP them or work alone or together to create synergies, so that movement risk of cardiovascular events may increase.3,From gender characteristics, in load condition, the same age men and women shown differences cardiovascular function in adult. As the load increases, the male response to cardiovascular function than the main blood vessel resistance increased, while women were heart function and contractile function increased obviously.4,Analysis from different body mass index, blood vessel function in different BMI groups showed some difference in the incremental load test, cardiovascular function of the obese population was shown peripheral vessel resistance increase.5,Assessment of cardiovascular risk Indicators were brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity, pulse pressure, augumentation index, quiet DBP; influence factors were waist to hip ratio, BMI, serum total cholesterol and triglyceride.
