Study On The Law Of Stroke Hemiplegia's Syndromes

Purpose: Through literature review combined with modern statistical analysis methods, Identify and summarize the law of Stroke hemiplegia's recipe-treatment and prescription-drugs for the right syndrome,and more consulting and new ideas effctively in stroke treatment and rehabilitation of TCM were wished to be offered.Method: Firstly, collect and sorting out ancient stroke hemiplegia's literature of TCM, review and summary the discussion of stroke hemiplegia comprehensively. Second, Study of 443 stroke hemiplegia Medical Records. Based on the research of the analyzing of the formulas and herbs for stroke hemiplegia by using frequency statistics and association rules, the characteristics of different syndromes of medication were explored, summerrised the rules of syndrome and therapy for stroke hemiplegia in the case records. Finally, discussed the theory of Zhu Danxi's "right-left blood gas" for the stroke hemiplegia.Results and Conclusions: 1,Detailed the stroke hemiplegia's disease cause, pathogenesis, differentiation of symptoms and signs, priciple of treatment, prescription-drugs and two medicine pairs. 2, Stroke hemiplegia should be disease-certificate combined, with differential treatment in stages. 3, According to medical records showed that theory of Zhu Danxi's "right-left blood gas" for stroke was incorrect for the stroke hemiplegia.
