The Plasma Level Of Adiponectin,Omentin In Aortic Stenosis Patients And Their Correlations With Myocardial Fibrosis

ObjectiveTo observe the level of adiponectin and omentin in patients with severe aortic stenosis and normal people,to explore the correlation between myocardial fibrosis and adiponectin omentin,to find a new prospective factor and treatment target.Methods:Two groups were included in the study. Aortic stenosis:23severe aortic stenosis patients with aortic valve replacement surgery. Normal control group:8healthy people who were healthy cardiac transplant donor. we took the left ventricular outflow tract myocardial tissue and collected fresh whole blood with EDTA anticoagulant in all subjects. All myocardial tissures were fixed,embedded and made into paraffin sections. The whole boolds were centrifuged to obtain plasma and stored at-80℃Stain all slices with HE and masson methords and observe the histomorphology change by optical microscope. Applicate image analysis software IPP-6.0to calculate CVF(collagen volume fraction) by Masson staining slices. The plasma concentration of adiponection and omentin were detected by ELISA. The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0Results1. Compared with those in the controls,levels of CVF,adiponectin omentin were significantly higher in aortic stenosis group(p<0.05),BMI was significantly lower in aortic stenosis group(P<0.05)2. There was a significantly positive correlation between CVF and adiponectin,omentin respectively (r=0.392p<0.05r=0.389P<0.05). The plasma omentin related negatively to BMI(r=-0.388P<0.05).3. Filter out the variable omentin (x1) and adiponectin (x2) by stepwise regression(α入=0.10α出=0.15) to establish a multiple linear regression equation y=0.211x1+0.421x2+8.673(P=0.008P<0.01)4. Significant cardiac hypertrophy can be observed in HE staining slices of aotic stenosis group.ConclusionThe patients with AS have a significant high degree of myocardial fibrosis and myocardial hypertrophy. Adiponectin and omentin level in circulation of these patients were increased and may played a protective role. Myocardial fibrosis has positive correlation with adiponectin and omentin.we can apply multiple linear regression model to estimate the degree of myocardial fibrosis in patients with AS, in order to guid treatment and assess progress and prognosis...
