| This paper focuses on the systemic and profound research of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan's regularity of "the same treatment for different diseases" from literature and clinic.Originally, Liu Wei Di Huang Wan was found in the Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue and become the representative prescription of "the same treatment for different diseases". There are a lot of opinion about its etiological factor, pathogensis, effect and its adaptive syndrome, such as nourish the kidney yin, nourish the liver and kidney, nourish San-yin, nourish yin to reduce pathogenic fire. Some scholar think it can treat all the sputum fire which resulted from deficiency of true fluid and blazing fire damages the metal. But the most important opinion of pathogensis is deficiency of kidney yin, that uninterruptedly enlarge Liu Wei Di Huang Wan's clinic subject range and generally become the representative prescription of "the same treatment for different diseases". We have systemically studied the 3012 articles about Liu Wei Di Huang Wan's clinic application which published in the medicine journal from 1949 to 2002. Meanwhile, we have analyzed and induced six prescription which is similar to Liu Wei Di Huang Wan. The result show that Liu Wei Di Huang Wan can treat 435 disease of 20 department, such as department of internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, paidolog. The occurrence and development of these disease correlate with disorder of neuroendocrine immunological network(NEI). So, we build a correlation of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan梔eficiency of kidney yin桸E1 network. The key point which the different diseases can be treated by the same method is the different diseases have the same TCM syndrome. The syndrome has not only the alteration of semiology but also the base of biology. The pathogenic alteration of NEI network is one of the base of biology. The occurrence of sub-health or disease results from the destruction of balance of yin and yang, such as disorder of Zang and Fu, disorder of Qi and blood, disorder of channel. Body keeps the balance of yin and yang, that means neuroendocrine immunological network keeps function balance. From "Pellet theory" in the Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine's (formula or single drug) clinic application is a multi-target system. Chinese medicine can act on the disorder of neuroendocrine immunological network by multi-center, multi-target, multi-link, multi-stratification, multi-pathway after taking the medicine, that let the unbalance body return to homeostasis and recovery. That means Chinese medicine has good regularity action on the neuroendocrine immunological network. "The same treatment for different diseases",-4-as a basic therapeutic principle, effectively guide Chinese medicine's clinic practice under some history condition and extent. As we have said above, we can induce two points of suitable condition of "the same treatment for different diseases". Firstly, the premise of "the same treatment for different diseases" is the same pathogensis. Secondly, the key point of "the same treatment for different diseases" is the combination of disease and syndrome.We carried out clinic research and choose DM (2 type) and peri-menopausal period syndrome, that based on the literature research of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan. The result show that there is better effect on the disease of DM(2 type) and peri-menopausal period syndrome belonged to deficiency of kidney yin than not belonged to deficiency of kidney yin ( PO.001 or P<0.05 ) . There are significant difference in the improvement of NEI network marker.The result which Liu Wei Di Huang Wan treat DM (2 type) show that there is significant difference in colligation effect of two groups by X2test ( PO.01 ) , that show that there is better effect on the disease of DM(2 type) belonged to deficiency of kidney yin than not belonged to deficiency of kidney yin. There is significant difference in blood sugar of two groups by Wilcoxon test( P<0.01 ) , that show that there is better effect on the blood sugar belonged to deficiency of kidney yin than not belonged to...
