Yiqihuoxue Side Experimental Study On The Impact Of The Structure And Function Of Diabetic Rat Sciatic Nerve

Objective:To observe the preventive function of the YIQIHUOXUEFANG (xiaoketong -bikeli) for the early stage of the peripheral nervous disease on tne diebtes rats, and to probe into the mechanism of that formula. Methods:According to the index of the blood glucose, the rats which change into the diebtes models successfully by abdominal injection of the alloxan are divided into 5 groups at random-model group, xiaoketongbikeli group(large and small amount), Methylcobalamin contrast group, normal group. The stomach of the rat are perfused with different dosages (1.875g/kg , 0.625g /kg)of xiaoketongbikeli to the xiaoketongbi groups, Methylcobalamin to the Methylcobalamin group, and are perfused the eaqual amount of the physiological salt water to the model group and nomal group. After two months, the changes of the FBG, the body weight , the blood flow conditions, the HbA1c, the RBCS and the Na+-K+-ATPase of the rats were observed comparatively.The expression of the sciatic NGF, MBP were obsreved by the immunohistochemical methods, the changes of the nevours supermico-modality were observed by the transmission electromicroscope. At the same time, the MNCV, SNCV and SL of the rats sciatics were measured. Results:1. YIQIHUOXUEFANG have a function to improve the index of the blood flow and the mico-circulation around the nerves, to regulate the blood glucose,and to decrease the amount of the HbA1c.2. YIQIHUOXUEFANG can decrease the quantity of the RBCS of the diebtes rats and improve Na+-K+-ATPase obviously.3. YIQIHUO XUEFANG can promote the expressions of the NGF and MBPof the sciatics of the diabetes rats effectively.4. YKUEHUOXUEFANG can improve and increase the sensations and the motor conduct velocity and shorten the SL of the diabetes sciatics5. YIQIHUOXUEFANG can relieve the myelin sheathe swollen of the nerves and the disease of the sciatics, and promote local vessel density around the myelin sheathConclusionsYIQIHUOXUEFANG can regulate blood glucose effectively, improve the mico-circulation around the sciatics of the diabetes rats, restrain the metabolism of the multi-alcohol, increase the expressions of the NGFand MBP, i.e. YIQfflUOXUEFNAG has the ARI functions. At the same time, it can improve and promote the conduct function of the nerves, and relieve the early stage of the peripheral nerves disease for the diabetes rats, and at the same time it has the effect on repairing the nerves.
