OBJECTS: To induce a kind of possible rat model of PMS with Estradiol Benzoate and study the effects on this kind of rat model with Jingqing capusule.METHODS: Young animal model of 3-4 months old SD female rat were selected and divided into different groups : (1)controle group; (2) model group ; (3 ) Methyitestosterone tablet group; (4) Sertraline tablet group ; (5) Spironolacttone tablet group; ( 6 ) Chinese medicine group. Vaginal keratinized cell index serum E2 P T PRL were tested; Hypothalamic B-EOP and ER brain stem neurotransmitter were detected ; We also observed uterine and large intestine's huperfine structure.RESULTS: Persist Estradiol Benzoate can increase vaginal kerratinized cell index serum E2 PRL and hypothalamic B-EP than normol; decreasehypothalamic ER and Brain stem neurotransmitter; also it makes uterine and large intestine's huperfine structure changed abnormal . Howerver, Jingqing capusule can remedy bake to nomal . CONCLUSION: The rats' model which made by Estradiol Benzoate patly according to PMS theory of Westen medicine and traditional Chinese medicine ; Jingqing capusule can decrease the higer serum E2 and improve PMS symptom.
