"Shanghan Lun" is the representative masterpiece of traditional Chinese medicine, it has a history of 1,800 years. This Chinese medicine classic was written by Zhang Zhongjing at the end of the Donghan dynasty, it was proved by the history. And now, it is still the guidebook in Chinese medicine theory and clinical study. The theoretical and practical value are proved and carried out widely in 21st century. No matter in Korea, China, or in Japan, "Shanghan Lun" is always the central system of academic study of traditional medicine, it is the compulsory textbook of medical student and valuable book of guiding the doctors to do medical practice in the clinic. They do feel the academic status of it and practicability in clinical practice. It is recorded that "Shanghan Lun" was passed into Korea in unifying Xinluo period. After this, some medical theories with Korea characters were established after studying and applying this book by doctors in past dynasties and after inheritance and development. But there is seldom content about "Shanghan Lun" in literature of past dynasties, and there is no monograph that is discussing "Shanghan Lun" systematically and generally. Although the study of "Shanghan Lun" in Korea is being deepened gradually, the way and content of study are scattered and miscellaneous, it is hard to get macroscopical understand of it. So, to explore the academic development of "Shanghan Lun" study in Korea is very necessary and of realistic meaning, which is also a very important task of the Korea scholars who are studing "Shanghan Lun". Because of the above realistic need, and also for making up the blankness of lacking dissertation or monograph about regulating and studying the phylogeny of "Shanghan Lun" in Korea now, the author at the first time discusses the academic phylogeny of "Shanghan Lun" in Korea generally and systematically, and collects and investigates related materials elaborately and generally by using philological methods in this paper. After differentiating, textual researching, classifying, concluding the related materials, the author summarizes them and compares, analyses and comments on them. For making Chinese scholars understand the phylogeny of "Shanghan Lun" in Korea better, first of all, the history of Korea medicine from ancient times till now is divided into ancient times, Sanguo times, unifying Xinluo times, Gaoli times, early period of Korea times, late period of Korea times, Gaozong times, Japan times, after liberation times these 9 phases, and they are introduced briefly. Then, the trace of academic development of "Shanghan Lun" is searched in the web of the whole Korea medical history development. Now, there is no record about the time that "Shanghan Lun" was passed into Korea, Jin Douzhong considers that it is in unifying Xinluo times that the "Shanghan Lun" was passed into Korea, but the precise year is not clear, which is maybe from 700A.D to 800A.D, the study of it was not active at that time. In the second part, the general situation of "Shanghan Lun" from being passed into Korea till liberation is discussed mainly. At this period, the application and study of "Shanghan Lun" by Korea scholars were not so active, the author puts the emphasis on the most representative monographs "Dongyi Baojian" by Xu Jun and "Dongyi Shoushi Baoyuan" by Li Jima, and analyses and discusses the influence of "Shanghan Lun" on Korea medicine before liberation. At the period of from "Shanghan Lun" being passed into Korea to early period of Korea times, the study of it was quite few, for instance, in the panegyrical medical books of "Xiangyao Jicheng Fang" and "Yifang Leiju", the application of "Shanghan Lun" was quite few. "Shanghan Lun" was not thought highly of until middle period of Korea times in "Dongyi Baojian" by Xu Jun.
