Objective:Under the research of treatise on exogenous febrile disease,from the spectrum of Shang Han associated with Za Bing, the paper explore the essence of Zhang Zhong Jing treatment diseases. The thesis firstly is to restore the ideology of Zhang Zhong Jing. Secondly, for the class teaching the treatise on exogenous febrile disease,to provide new contents of the mind and Inspire the students' thinking.What's more, to open Clinical doctor'Clinical view.Methods:The thesis primly based on the relevant provisions of treatise on exogenous febrile disease, and the analysis Prescription of the Golden Chambe to explore the essence of Zhang Zhong Jing treatment diseases. From the thought of feasibly and necessarily associating Shang Han with Za Bing, the thesis explores the thought in the clinical application. We also refer to relevant expositions in the history in the process of research.Result:There is a close ties between the treatise on exogenous febrile disease and Prescription of the Golden Chamber, which reflected the thought of associating Shang Han with Za Bing.When the diseases is in Tai Yang, it should primly be treated through balancing the Yinqi and Weiqi.When in Yang Ming,by primly expelling the Zaoqi,in Shao Yang, by primly regulating pivot, in TaiYin by primly warming and strengthening spleen, in Shao Yin,by primly enhancing the function of body, and in Jue Yin, due to the complicate syndrome, by chiefly warming and clearing in combination.Conclusion:Zhang ZhongJing, through analyzing Shang Han associated with Za Bing, established the complete Liu Jing philosophy of treatment based on syndrome differentiation that contain and guide all disease.
