Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Clinical Evaluation Of Acute Cerebral Infarction Balance Function

Objective To investigate the function of acupuncture on equilibrium function of acute cerebral infarction patients with rehabilitation. Methods there were three clinical centers with 124 patients involved in. all patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in control group were treated with rout modern medicine and equilibrium functional exercise and those in treatment group were adding acupuncture with method of control group for 1 mouth, then measured fugl-meyer balance integral, sheikh integral and ADL. Parts of patients received follow-up visit in 3rd and 6th mouth.Result It was well completed in 3 centers and the characteristics of two groups were comparable. The function of regulating equilibrium of the second group was much better than that of the first group in fugl-meyer integral, sheikh integral and ADL integral.Conclusion Acupuncture with rehabilitation can effectively retrieve the equilibrium function of acute cerebral infarction patients.
