Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effects both scalp-acupuncture and body-acupuncture, to observe blood lipids and hemorrheologic indexs before and after treatment to study the therapeutic mechanism and to provide scientific basis on applying scalp-acupuncture to treat cerebral infarction(CI).Methods:80 cases of patients with CI proved by CT were divided into two groups by random :the scalp-acupuncture group(the treatment group) and the body-acupuncture group(the consulting group). Both of them are 40. the treatment group is treated with scalp-acupuncture, the consulting group is treated with body-acupuncture.we marked physical signs ,blood lipids and hemorrheologic indexs before and after treatment we studied the results after two periods of treatment.Rusults:1.The remarkably effective rate and the improved rate were significant differences between the two groups.
