Kidney Strong Supervision Side Of Ankylosing Spondylitis (large (?)) Patients With Bone Destruction-related Factors Affect The Study

Objective: To investigate the etiologic factor and pathological mechanism of ankylosing spondylitis at the viewpoint of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), research rational scheme on bian-zheng-lun-zhi in ankylosing spondylitis ,evaluate curative effect and safety of bu-shen-qiang-du-fang(BSQDF) on Kidney-asthenia,Du-cold and blood-stasis syndrome in ankylosing spondylitis. And also to investigate the roles of cytokine and metalloproteinase in inflammatory bone destruction in ankylosing spondylitis, and analyze the mechanisms of preventing inflammatory bone destruction of BSQDF in ankylosing spondylitis.Methods: Investigate the etiologic factor, pathological mechanism,characteristics of syndromes of TCM and therapeutic rule of ankylosing spondylitis by reviewing literature and studying the relative theories. In the clinical research, the cases of Kidney-asthenia,Du-cold and blood-stasis syndrome in ankylosing spondylitis were selected, and divided into two groups: BSQDF therapy group and wang-bi granules conbined with total glucosides of white peony control group. The symptom and examination index were observed in the two groups. Moreover, the effect of BSQDF on ankylosing spondylitis was detected and the mechanism of BSQDF was analyzed too, at the same time, the side-effects of BSQDF were observed as well. In expremental study, active cases of Kidney-asthenia,Du-cold and blood-stasis syndrome in ankylosing spondylitis were selected as patients group, alleviated cases after BSQDF treatment as therapy group, and health person as control group. Isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and stimulated with PHA and PMA, then compared content of TNFα, TGFβ1, MMP9, and its inhibitor, TIMP1 in culture supernatant by ELISA, and compared the transcript level by RT-PCR..Through comparing the difference between groups, the effective target of BSQDF in preventing inflammatory bone destruction in ankylosing spondylitis was analyzed.Results: Theory research suggested that constitution was one of the most important etiologic factors in ankylosing spondylitis. Kidney-asthenia , and that effected the development of disease. Du-cold and blood-stasis syndrome is the most common characteristics of syndromes of TCM in ankylosing spondylitis. Bu-shen-qiang-du-fa is the radical curative rule to ankylosing spondylitis. Huo-xue-tong-luo-fa should run through the treatment course of ankylosing spondylitis. Meridian syndrome differention was benefited to distinguish syndromes and was good for treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
