PART ONE: The change of UII in children of Congenital Heart Disease During and After CPBChapter One: The change of UlI in chiIdren of Ventricular Septa I Defect (VSD) with Pulmonary Hypertension During and After CPBThe concentrations of UII During and after operation were measured 10 children of simple VSD (control group) and 10 children of VSD with pulmonary hypertension (VSD PH group) by radioimmunoassay.The results demonstrated that at control group, the UII level increased during CBP and were 156.2%(P<0.01) of the preoperative values. At 2h after operation, The UII level showed a slight decline (136%, P<0.05). At 6h, the UII level increased again and reached its highest level at 36h postoperatively (268.9%, P<0.01).
