The clinical research on inhaled NO as an additional test to evaluate the restitution of pulmonary hypertensionInhale low dose of NO as an additional test to observe the influence of hemodynamics during catheterization. There are 55 patients of congenital heart defect combined with moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension. We use various hemodinamic index as the bases when they inhale the air. 30%O₂+40ppm NO, 100%O₂and 90%O₂+40ppm NO are the test agents.After inhaled three test agents, there is no significant changes in systemic circulation. Th P_aO₂ and S_aO₂ have been increased. pulmonary pressure and TPVR decreased markedly. RVCO increased markedly also. To compare with traditional inhaled oxygen test, inhaled loe dose of NO and high dose of oxygen mixed gas has more sensitiv and safe as an additional test.2.
