| The nature carcinogenesis is a cellular complex, multistage evolution process involving multiple event cooperation including the deletion of recessive oncogenes and its product inactivation, the activation and overexpression of dominant oncogenes and abnormal expression of other tumor associated genes, elicited by carcinogenic facts, causing damages of genetic materials and deregulation of gene expression, finally, results in the maligant phenotypes of transformation cells with uncontrolled proliferation and abnormal dedifferentiation. It is showed that the overexpression of dominant oncogene plays a important role in cell tumorigenesis by gene transformation assay (in vitro), transgenic mice technques (in vivo) and the gene expression analysis of clinic tumor samples.Basing on those, some interesting question should be made. Firstly, is the dominant oncogene overexpression a causal relation of human tumorgenesis? Secondly, could we reverse the transformated phenotypes of tumor cells by a... |
