| Evalution of pulmonary hypertension and surgical thearpeutic effects using first-pass radionuclide pulmonary perfusion imaging and pulmonary perfusion imaging in patients with pulmonary hypertension of valvular heart disease.objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate PH and surgical thearpeutic effects using first-pass radionuclide pulmonary perfursion imaging(FPPPI) and pulmonary perfursion imaging(PPI)in patients with pulmonary hypertension of valvular heart disease. Methods and material One hundred sixteen patients (50 males, 66 females, average age of 45.8 ± 10.7, accumulated from Mar. 2001 to Nov. 2003) with valvular disease were included in our study. Swan-Ganz catheterization, echocardiography and FPPPI and PPI were performed in all patients before surgery. Patients were divided into four groups. Pulmonary Artery Pressure (PAP) is normal group[ Mean Pulmonary Arterial Pressure (MPAP) ≤ 20mmHg (2.7kPa) ]; PAP slightly rise group[ 20mmHg(2.7kPa) 50mmHg (6.7kPa) ].Result: 1.Correlation coefficient were 0.811, 0.495 and 0.572 ( P< 0.01) between Lung Equilibrium Time (LET) by FPPPI, S/L Ratio by... |
