Objects:1 With the direction of TCM Collateral Disease Theory, the study on the syndrome stagnation by Collateral deficiency and toxic factor about Behcet's disease, is completed.2.According to the observation of clinical cases, we make sure the connection between differrent symtome of the syndrome, stagnation by Collateral eficiency and toxic factor and the MCP-1 Promoter-2518 polymor-phism in Bd and improve the research on Behcet'sdisease's pathogenesis in modern medicine .3.Through the clinical experiment, we draw a conclusion to clinical effection of removing abstruction in the channals, tonifying qi, removing toxic factor. Method:The study is based on the TCM collateral disease theory, connecting the achivement of modern medicine, relying on the previous period clinical reserch. The research aslo gives the point that stagnation by Collateral deficiency and toxic factor is the key to TCM pathogenetic of BD ,and develops a method of removing abstruction in the channals, tonifying qi, removing toxic factor :1 The allele type (g/g a/g a/a) of 2518 polymorphism was determined by restriction fragment length polymorphism of Pvu II.2 The level of MCP-1 and IgG, IgA, IgM in serum was measured by sandwich ELISA3 Observing the effection of the level of MCP-1 and IgG, IgA, IgM in serum maked by TCD, according to clinical experiment.Results;1 The serum MCP-1 concentration was higher in G-allele carriers than in AA homozygotes, and symptoms accompanying graver cases of Behcet's disease, such as gastrointestinal inflammation and uveitis, were more frequent in patients with the G-allele.2 The average serum level of MCP-1 in Behcet patients was 2.56 times higher than in normal 3The level of IgG, IgA, IgM in serum is higher than in normal4 TCD can reduce the level of IgG, IgA,IgM and MCP-1 in serum. Conclusions:1 The same syndrome can not only express different symptoms, but also have different level of illness, because of allele type's polymorphism.2 The level of IgG, IgA, IgM and MCP-1 in serum is higher than that of common people.
