| A case of patient,who manifested central nerve system syptoms of syncope,flaccid limbs and partial seizures and attended as outpatient.The patient was found involving oral ulcer, pin-prick test postive,lesions of the skin and the joint when taken case history and phycical exams.It was confirmed to diagnose Neuro-Behcet's disease by auxiliary exams such as imageology.To deepen clinical doctors' knowledge of Neuro-Behcet's disease,in this paper I introduce the process of onset,clinical diagnosis and treatment,and highlight the importance of taking case history and careful exams for diagnosis and treatment,which is good for exercising doctors' thought of diagnosis and treatment.
