Type 2 of diabetes is about 90% in diabetes. As we all known, it has a high morbidity rate, complication and mutilation rate. So it is very signification to carry out the correlation research between the constitution of shaoyang qi stagnation and the syndrome of type 2 diabetes. By this way we try to find a new way to prevention and cure diabtes and its complications with TCM.Objective: by observing the people the general state of health,sydrome and complication of type 2 diabete between the constition of shaoyang qi stagnation and the otherconstition of non-shaoyang qi stagnation by sampling survey with random, we try to analyze the correlation between the group by mordern statistics. Bye this way we propose to make it clear that the characters of the constitution of Shaoyang qi stagnation as a patient of type 2 diabetes and try to find a new way to prevention and curing diabetes and its complications by TCM.Methods: Firstly, we evaluate the type of constitution and the sydromes based on the resarch achievement from the science of sydroms of TCM and the the science of constitution of TCM. Then we collect the data about the general state of health,sydrome and complication etc from the two groups. In the long run we try to the correlation of the general state of health ,sydrome and complications and other clinical data, between the two groups by mordern statistics,especially in the evaluate if it has mental illness. All by this way, we plan to find the basic character in the constitution of shaoyang qi stagnation, and try to find a new way to prevent and cure diabetes individualization with TCM.Results:1 General state:compared beween the two groups, there is predominance difference between sex ,wheigt,body mass index, and wei can see that more female blongs to the constitute of shaoyang qi stagnation for about 74.5% ; it also appear that the shaoyang constitute usually has less hobby in smoking,drinking and creophagy; there is 6% fatting people is shaoyang constitute and is .far lower than the other group.2 Compared with clinical data: there is no difference in the blood sugar level between the constitution of shaoyang qi stagnation and non-shaoyang qi stagnation. There is predominance difference in blood-fat beween the two groups; we concluded that the incidence rate of high blood-fat level of the constitution of shaoyang qi stagnation is only 22.4%, which just one third of the non-shaoyang people's. Compared by the two groups we can see that there is difference in the cents of DSQL, psychologica latitude, physiology latitude, but it is no differenc in social relationship latitude and therapy latitude. The score of SDS/SAS measuring scal shows that both of the two groups can occure the depressive disorder and anxiety disorders, but only in depressive disorder is obviously differenc between them. It means that despression and hypobulia for long time will have a bad effect on the physiology function and the life quality , further more it may speed up the illness become worse and is harmful to patients;on the contrary ,the physiology funcion of the patients become decrease may deeper the depression and hypobulia ,all the above is not benefit for controling blood sugar and may lead to emerge for complications . We can see it as infernal circle which will lead to a futher worse life quality for dabetes people. It tell us we should not only pay attention to the controlling blood sugar etc, but also stress on the dredging psychological and diabetes's instruction in clinical work, especially to the constitution of shaoyang qi stagnation.3 Type 2 diabetes has a even proportion for depression disorder and anxiety disorder, we should pay attention the manifest.
