Results:The granule alone or salicylazosulfapyridine(SASP) affiliated both had good curative effect, the total effective rate were 83．33% and 76．67%, and the total effective rate was 93．33% and 83．33% on improving the syndrome of renal deficiency and blood stasis. After 3 months, treatment, Bath AS disease activity index, Bath AS function index, pain, and early morning stiffness time in patients had conspicuous improvement. Schober test, the activity of the the thoracic cage, finger-ground test were improved. And ESR and CRP were improved. The effect of Bushen Qiangji Granule had obvious chronergy, the effect was outstanding in one month.
