Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) is a kind of self-immunological disease .The reason is not knowen ,maybe have the corelation of gene infection and etc .It's characteristic symptom is body-axis chronic inflammatioaAcademic advisor is Professor Feng Xinghua .The purpose is that we can find a way to study AS zhenghou regularity ,in the mean time, look for treatment superiority of TCM herbs. The whole study can be divided into three parts:1 Review LiteratureTraditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).literature records on AS in recent 10 years Jeads to the conclusion that AS can be discussed in TCM fields. Zhenghou generalizes the pathology of a disease in it's certain stage .AS zhenghou can be explained by stage, pattern, time symptom and micro-index .the author put forward the research method of AS zhenghou.2 Clinical TrialChapter one : First the standard of AS zhenghou is founded jncluded into Accmulation of Damp-heat in collaterals, Accmulation of Damp-cold in collaterals , Accmulation of blood stagnation in collaterals, Accmulation of Phlegm-retention in collaterals, Dificiency of both Blood and Qi Jnsuffiency of the Kindey-yang and Qi ^Deficiency of Kindey -yin and Liver-Yin. Then according to the standard , investigated 263 AS patients to find the regularity of zhenghou and the correlation of age ,sex ,time pelvis-X ray, and etc .Results: the eary stage of AS shows Accmulation of Damp-heat in collaterals, blood stagnation is company with whole procedure ,zhenghou complex included coexistence of Deficience and Excess , coexistence of more Excess, coexistence of more Deficience , the most common manifestation is coexistence of Accmulation of Damp-heat in collaterals and Accmulation of blood stagnation in collaterals, coexistence of Deficiency of Kindey -yin and Liver-Tin and blood stagnation in collaterals,, coexistence of Insuffiency of the Kindey -yang and Qi and Accmulation of blood stagnation in collaterals.Chapter two: on the basis of chapter one, used mathematical method of logistic curve fitting ,many significant independents were culled ,according to the results ,models offorecast were established, then models were used to discuss sensitivity ,minority and accuracy Jesuits: Goodness of Fit J'O.OOOl. it is nescessary to establish the models.3.Experimental ResearchThe academic ideas and clinical experience of professor Feng Xinghua on AS, explore the effect and mechanism of Invigorating Kindey yang and nourishing Liver yin and nourishing Kindey yin and Promoting blood circulation principle in treating AS. The first to explore the effect of Qiangji number I Decoction on arthritis, three models were taken .In hot-plate procedure and wrench body procedure of analgesic test, the observation showed that die analgesic effect of Qiangji number I Decoction group was higher and longer than that of the control group, the second: Qiangji number I Decoction has no use to resist acute inflammation .the third to explore the promoting blood circulation effect of Qiangji number I Decoction Results : Qiangji number I Decoction has the effect of enlarge vessel, it is better in Qiangji number I Decoction group than control group .the third : objective: to explore if the fibroblast from AS supra- pinous ligament have osteogenic ability in vitro. As control group. Normal specimen was collected from a resection of nucleus pulposus of lumbal .The cultured fibroblasts were observed by constrast microscope and histochemical study .results :In AS group^nany small nodules were secreted by subcultured fibroblasts. They can mix together ,multiply and distribute among the fibroblasts. Positive reaction was found from cells and nodules, which were stained by alizarin red S . results :AS fibroblasts have osteogenic ability in vitro.
