Osteoporosis is a worldwidewhich also has drawn increasing attention to the health problems. Currently about 200 million people suffer from osteoporosis, the incidence rate has leapt to the seventh place of common diseases. The latest research shows that osteoporosis has been considered to be endemic disease of the elderly. What must be emphasized is that the current medical science does not have a safe and effective method which can totally heal the diseases ,and no treatment can help the bone has osteoporosis restitution. Therefore, correct understanding, early preventionis particularly important. Human's study of bone mechanics have more than one century.Now,it is widely recognized that sports can help to cure Osteoporosis.It can promote bone reconstruction and plastic construction By changing the mechanics of the environment,then achieve the purposes of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is the the common diseases in astronauts, the elderly and postmenopausal women. It brought many troubles To human health. Ovary Removal is a good experimental model of currently studying osteoporosis.In this text,we have a major research on removal of ovarian rat tibial mechanical properties. the tibia of removal of ovarian experimental rats'cancellous bone and bone changes in the modulus of elasticity.Because of the lack of estrogen ,after menopause Women lead to osteoporosis.There are so many examples of fractures ecause of osteoporosis.It is painful for older wemon.It is widely recognized that sports can help to cure Osteoporosis,But there is no reference conclusions for the effects on the size of the exercise. This paper use the ovariectomized rats as a study object, give its tibia quantitative, regular load, research the effectst on osteoporosis which under different load and bone reconstruction threshold. At present, domestic No one has done this study.The senile people Will suffer from osteoporosis is due to the mechanics of bone tissue - Biological control system has changed. Mechanical factors changes were mainly to old age, muscle strength, in particular the explosive force decreased activity levels decrease, causing the bone to reduce the level of force; Biological factors include aging, menopause, and the role of drug therapy,and so on. Scholars believe that biological factors can change the threshold, or change the signal intensity of these two directives to regulate mechanical means - biological control system. The establishment of osteoporosis calculation model for the prevention and treatment of senile osteoporosis groups provide a theoretical basis and calculation method. However, in the international community, only a few people to get involved in research in this area. Hazelwood and other bone reconstruction raised a mechanical model Wwhich has been in disuse different cortical bone dynamic response, however,it is difficult to achieve biological factors caused by osteoporosis simulated forecast. Hernandez, etc., focused consider the effects of biological factors, such as BMUs activation frequency of bone remodeling space, peak bone mass, menopause, bone mineralization time . This paper contrapose osteoporosis in postmenopausal women ,establish the model of osteoporosis which comes from the ovariectomized rats,.It is a very good simulation of the lack of estrogen in postmenopausal women and lead to osteoporosis situation.Through experiments, we get the following conclusions:1.We design the live dynamic loading system by ourselves. after experiments validated, this system can reliably detect all the parameters of the ovariectomized rats in vivo loaded. provide a theoretical basis experimental basis for research changes that ovariectomized rats under the conditions of osteoporosis dynamic.2. Interiorly ,it is firstly use dynamically loaded in vivo method to prove that sport can be stimulated ovariectomized rats slow the loss of bone mass,that is conducive to maintaining bone mass and sustain good biomechanical properties;Mechanics from the perspective of a more objective calculation of the experimental rats of cancellous bone and the modulus of elasticity,andit is raise the reference value for the future scientific experiments.3. Firstly using micro-CT image to analysis test results which showed that: mechanical loading help reduce bone turnover rate, slowing the speed of bone loss, which slowed down the process of osteoporosis; Mechanical loading can improve the micro-structure of bone defects, increase bone mechanical properties.4. provide biomechanical parameters for clinical Through the research of normal people fresh corpses lumbar 4 and 5 lumbar vertebral cancellous bone viscoelastic mechanical properties.
