Section 1 Theoretical StudyObjective and MethodsThe article reviews the history of the development of Liujing Qihua theory and searches root of this theory.Clarifing the relationship between Liujing in Shang Han Lun(Treatise on Febrile Diseases)and Seven Major Theories in Internal Classic of Huang Di.In addition,it can also point out the base on which two theories can interflow.Through summarizing of Liujing Qihua theory, history and latest study on Human-Environmental inter Relation,we can pointed out the important station of Human-Environmental inter Relation in this theory. It's the necessary preparation for searching the academic root as well.Conclusion and Reveal1.It takes long to produce Liujing QIhua theory.Before Song dynasty,the development of Qihua theory in philosophy and TCM,together with the appearance of five movement and six climates theory are the important accumulation of it.The germination of Liujing Qihua theory result from more study in Shang Han Lun and five movement and six climates during the period of Song,Jin and Yuan dynasty.As for Ming dynast,it has little achievement in the Liujing Qihua theory but in Five movement and six climates theory and qihua view. However,it accelerate the grown up of the Liujing Qihua theory.During earlier and midiun-term of Qing dynasty,Zhang Zhicong's study produce the whole Liujing Qihua theory.Further more,Chen Xiuyuan's advocation enlarges the influence and Huang Yuanyu's study enrichs this theory.However,from the end of Qing dynasty,there is a debate about this theory and have not stop till now.By this token,The view of Human-Environmental inter Relation obviously plays an important role in the appearance and development of the Liujing Qihua Theory.2.According to the study of the words and contents,it is pointed out that the Seven Major Theories and the other articles in Internal Classic of Huang Di have the same system info.Both of them incarnates the characteristic of the Human-Environmental inter Relation which can also be the proof that the Seven Major Theories belongs to the Internal Classic of Huangdi.Besides the common in the theory of San Ying San Yang and Yunqi,the similitude of the adducion from the YinYang Da Lun and Yuan qi theory,there is not other obvious evidence shows Zhang zhongjing applied the content of the theory of Yun Qi in his literature.However,the Human-Environmental inter Relation theory is their common characteristic.This is base that they can interflow in the aftertime.3.The main content of Liujing Qihua theory includes the distribution and transformation of Ben Biao Zhong Qi,Kai He Shu theory,and assimilation between hand and foot channels,etc.Human-Environmental inter Relation theory is its main and basal ideology.From the annals background of the Human-Environmental inter Relation theory we can find that the development and consummation of it infiltrates mutually with the ancient science.Moreover, the modern research also shows that it is logical and scientific.Therefore, the objective evaluation and deep study should base on the Human-Environmental inter Relation theory and start with it.Section 2 Clinical StudyObjective and MethodsThe initial study of the Liujing disease relating with five movement and six climates should Base on the Human-Environmental inter Relation theory. 3128 diabetes mellitus case were collected as study object.All files come from patients of clinic and in-patient department during Yiyou,Bingxu and Dinghai years.Classfing Liujing disease in every case firstly and analysed the incidence relation between of Liujing disease and five movement and six climates,in order to find out the inherent rules.At the same time,it was analysed of the discrepancy of the pathogenesis between different sex,age and time relate to moon phase.Results1.In all cases of the diabetic,the incidence is higher in Taiyin,Shaoyin, Yangming and Shaoyan disease than the others.The comparison of triennium, There is the lowest incidence of Taiyang and Yangming diseases while the highest in Dinghai year.The comparison between the first half year and the last shows there is evident difference in incidence of Yangming and Taiyin disease in Yiyou year and Taiyang disease in Bingxu year.Through the transverse comparison,we can find that In the first half year,there is the lowest incidence of Yangming disease in Dinghai year,the highest incident of Shaoyang disease in Bingxu year,the lowest incidence of Shaoyang disease in Yiyou year,and the lowest incidence of Taiyin disease in Bingxu year. However,In the second half year,there is the lowest incidence of Taiyang disease in Dinghai year,the highest incidence of Yangming disease in Yiyou year,the lowest incidence of Jueyin disease in Yiyou year.2.The respectively comparison of the incidence of the Liujing Disease between different diseases and movements shows are as follows:There is the lowest incidence of Yangming disease while the highest incidence of Taiyin disease in the first movement of Yiyou year.There is the highest incidence of Taiyang disease in the last movement of Bingxu year.There is higher incidence of Taiyang disease in the third movement of Dinghai year than the forth.In the first movement,there is the lowest incidence of Taiyin disease in Bingxu year.In the second movement,there is the highest incidence of Yangming disease in Yiyou year.In the forth movement,there is the lowest incidence of Taiyang disease in Dinghai year,and thd highest incidence of Yangming disease in Yiyou year.In the last movement,there is the highest incidence of Taiyang disease in Bingxu year,and the lowest incidence of Yangming disease in Dinghai year.3.The respectively comparison of the incidence of the Liujing Disease between different diseases and climates shows are as follows:There is the lowest incidence of Yangmin disease while the highest incidence of Taiyin disease in the first climate of Yiyou year.There is higher incidence of Taiyang disease in the fifth and last climate than other climate in Dinghai year.In the first climate,there is the lowest incidence of Taiyin disease in Bingxu year.In the second and forth climate,there is the highest incidence of Yangming disease in Yiyou year.In the fifth climate,there is the lowest incidence of Taiyang disease in Dinghai year.In the last climate,there is the highest incidence of Taiyang disease in Bingxu year. 4.The respectively comparison of the incidence of the Liujing Disease between different sex shows there is higher incidence of Taiyang and Jueyin disease in female than male.Taking 60 years old for the boundary,all cases were divided into two groups:the elderly group and the junior group.The result shows the incidence of Shaoyin and Jueyin disease is higher in the elderly group.Choosing the cases from the five days around the first day and the fifteenth day of the lunar calendar as a respective group.The result shows there is no evident difference in the incidence between two.Conclusion1.In Liujing diseases,three Yang and Taiyin diseases are prone to take place as the result of abnormal movements and climates.Perhaps they are still in the superficial stage.When the Shaoyin and Juyin diseases are involved, the course of diseases may take long.Therefore,it rarely changes in short time due to the outside factor.2.The incidence of the Three Yang disease is quite lower in Dinghai Year. It may because that the Dinghai Year is governed by the moderate qi,while the other two years are governed by the exceeding qi.In the year with abnormal movement and climate,human is prone to sicken.In the year of surplus with Jin movement or climate,the disease is prone to transform with Yangming. Though the Dinghai Year is moderate,the incidence of Taiyin heightens obviously.Therefore the occur of the Taiyin disease may has little relation between the transformation of qi but the year.It is easy to be attack when meet the qi that can't suppress.3.The incidence of the Taiyang disease is higher in the last half year while lower in Dinghai year.It seems that the Taiyang disease is prone to attack in the year with exceeding qi or with excessive movement of Tu.4.Though Yiyou Year is governed by the Jin,it has lower incidence of the Yangming disease but higher in Taiyin Disease in the initial term.It shows during the year of the exceeding qi,it is possiboe that surplus Qi get back and deficient Qi increase temporarily.5.The female is easier to be attacked by the Taiyang and Jueyin Disease than the male,while the elder is prone to have the Shaoyin and Jueyin Disease. Both of them is related to the relevant physiology trait.However,the syzygy of the moon doesn't has the clear influence with the Liujing Disease.6.It is certain that there is a relationThip between the incidence of Liujing disease and movement or climate that can explain the rationality of Human-Environmental inter Relation.It shots us an objective evidence about the rationality of Liujing Qihua theory and the feasibility of this research...
