The Basic Research About The Connection Between The Biological Indicators Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease And The Theory Of The Five Movements And Six Climates And The Physical Constitution Theory

Objective:By collecting nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in patients with clinical and personal basic information, Analysis according to the Yunqi of the birth, trying to come to the conclusion that the Yunqi constitution and the pathogenesis of NAFLD inner link, so for early clinical prevention of NAFLD and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis and treatment to find a new entry point, for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD and Yunqi theory applied to TCM clinical to provide theoretical and practical basisMethods:The purpose of this study is to through the cross-sectional study,collected in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Physical examination center for medical examination of 245 cases of patients with NAFLD population basic information, and NAFLD related physicochemical indexes, adipokines and other data. According to the specific birth date, check the "Yunqi" table in " Canon of Medicine " and get the relevant Yunqi information of each patient,including the year evolutive phase、Sitian qi、Zaiquan qi、host evolutive phase and guest evolutive phase etc.Then analyze the statistical data of each index, and to explore whether there is a correlation between the incidence of non alcoholic fatty liver and the Yunqi of birthResults:1. NAFLD and the year evolutive phase:the patients of Mu Yunnian (16.3%), Huo Yunnian (20.8%), Tu Yunnian (23.3%), Jin Yunnian (20.8%), Shui Yunnian (18.8%).2. NAFLD and Sitian/Zaiquan qi:the wind-fire/fire-wind group (30.2%), dry-fire/fire-dry group was 37.6%, the cold-damp/damp-cold group (32.2%).3. NAFLD and host-guest evolutive phase:the patients are born in the years which host evolutive phase are Jueyin wind-wood (17.6%), Shaoyin monarch fire (12.2%), Taiyin damp-soil (17.6%), Shaoyang ministerial fire (17.1%), Yangming dry-gold accounted for 17.1%, Taiyang cold-water accounted for 18.4%; the patients are born in the year which guest evolutive phase are Jueyin wind-wood (15.5%), Shaoyin monarch fire (16.7%), Taiyin damp-soil (13.9%),Shaoyang ministerial fire (15.9%), Yangming dry-gold accounted for 21.2%, Taiyang cold-water accounted for 16.7%.4. NAFLD and Yunqi:No matter what the NAFLD patients who are born in Mu Yunnian、Huo Yunnian or Tu Yunnian,in which the six gas properties for dry-fire/fire-dry of NAFLD patients accounted for the highest.5. NAFLD and guest climatic qi adding to fixed host qi:the NAFLD patients accounted for the highest,when the year its guest evolutive phase is Yangming dry-gold and its host evolutive phase is Taiyin damp-soil.6. NAFLD Yunqi parameters and laboratory indexes: the liver enzymes,blood sugar,blood fat and fat cytokines and other biochemical indicators in the the year evolutive phase group and Sitian/Zaiquan group,comparison between each group has no obvious difference (P> 0.05),so there’s no statistical significance; But the years of birth are Mu Yunnian or six gas properties for wind-fire/fire-wind, the NAFLD patients’s ALT and AST levels are the highest; the years of birth are Shui Yunnian,those years,the leptin levels in patients are the highest, then the years of birth are Jin Yunnian;and when the years of birth,its Sitian/ Zaiquan qi is cold-damp/damp-cold, the NAFLD patients’s leptin levels are the highest.Conclusions:1. From the point of Combination of Yun and Qi, the year of birth is Tu Yunnian and six gas properties for dry-fire/flre-dry is susceptible to NAFLD.2. From the point of guest climatic qi adding to fixed host qi, when the year its guest evolutive phase is Yangming dry-gold and its host evolutive phase is Taiyin damp-soil.the people are born in these years are susceptible to NAFLD. (3) comprehensive the influence of Yunqi five factors (the year evolutive phase、Sitian qi、Zaiquan qi、host evolutive phase and guest evolutive phase) to NAFLD incidence, the influence of factors in the pathogenesis of NAFLD,the "dry" is a potential pathogenic factors.4. Combining modern biochemical indicators, the years of birth are Mu Yunnian and six gas properties of "wind fire", the NAFLD patients’s liver inflammation are most severe, and it is most prone to nonalcoholic fatty hepatitis; When the Yunqi related factors to give priority to with Yin state, relatively high leptin levels in patients with NAFLD.
