During intragastric administration,the mice were weight once a week and the dosage of intragastric administration changed by the new weight,and record the mental state, color pattern,activity,et al.conditions.At 35th day,3 mice were random equally divided from each group for mating test,the others take blood by pick-off eyeballs,select orchis and parorchis and weight,and orchis wes taken pathological section,sperms were selected by broken parorchis and douched spermatic duct.The serum sexual hormones were detected,the sperm undertake routine examination,apoptosis detection,plastosome function detection,inner cell[Ca²⁺]detection,CatSperl expression detection.3 ResultsAfter intraperitoneal injecting CTX,the experiment mice appear grow slowly,and torpid,depressed,nephrasthenia asthma,hairs raritas and dim,emaciation, urine volume increased.At the end,the mice weight was not obviosly different,the index number of orchis and parorchis was not different and the number of embryo was not different.After the weight recovered,LG mice bited each other.The pathological section of orchis show up that in the MG mice orchis,the deform and collapse seminiferous tubule increased,limiting membrane thinningz and amotio partly,seminiferous tubule endepidermis thinningz,spermatogenic cell significant decreased,sperm number significant decreased in lumina,spermatogenic cell amotio and arrange disorder in most seminiferous tubule,Leydig cell raritas,interstitial tissue of testis hyaloid degeneration,supporting cell partly degeneration.But in the LG mice these phenomenon take a turn for the better.And after intraperitoneal injecting CTX, the sexual hormone disordered,the sperm' density and archaeus and motility rate obviously decreased,sperm apoptosis increased,plastiosome function decreased,inner cell[Ca²⁺]decreased,and these were significant difference compared with BG (P<0.05).And after drenched Yijingfang,sexual hormone inclined to normal,sperm density and archaeus and motility rate obviously improved,sperm apoptosis decreased, plastiosome fuction enhanced,inner cell[Ca²⁺]increased,the CatSperl expression obviously gone up,and these were significant difference compared with MG (P<0.05).4 Conclusion4.1 Yijingfang significantly enhance the expression of CatSperl,improve plastiosome function,increase inner cell[Ca²⁺],enhance sperm azoospermia.4.2 Yijingfang can lessen the damage of Sertoli cell and Leydig cell by CTX,and regulate the function of HT-HY-sexual gland,step down the heightened LH and T, adjust sexual hormone to normal range and so promote sperm generation,decrease sperm apoptosis,increase sperm density.4.3 CTX intraperitoneal injection approved to make mouse infertility model and the model is like "renal deficiency" of TCM.The 3^rdPart:Retrospective Study of Yijingfang Improving The Sperm Density and Motility of Oligospermatism and Asthenospemia.Retrospective study about 207 patients of oligospermatism and asthenospemia treated with Yijingfang during 2006—2008,observing the improvement of the sperm density,energy and motility rate after treatment.Statistical analysis showed that after treatment with Yijingfang,the sperm desity of class a,b,c and total desity is obviously improved,and the energy and motility rate is obviously improved,too.
