Huayu Tongluo Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Minimally Invasive Treatment Of Tubal Infertility Clinical Research

Objective:The treatment of oviduct infertility was treated by Huayu Tongluo traditional Chinese medicine combined with minimally invasive surgery.Compared with simple minimally invasive surgery,the expression of endometrial CD38 and CD138,clinical symptoms,pregnancy rate and fallopian tube recanalization rate were observed.To explore the mechanism of the effect of Huayu Tongluo traditional Chinese medicine on infertility of hydrosalpinx,and hope to provide a basis for the treatment of infertility of hydrosalpinx with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and provide more ideas and methods for future treatment.Methods:Patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for the infertility of tubal hydrops in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group took Huayu Tongluo traditional Chinese medicine for 3 months before and after surgery.The traditional Chinese medicine Shuijianbi,once in the morning and evening,stopped taking menstruation.Control group:no treatment was given before or after surgery.The expressions of endometrial CD38 and CD 138 in the two groups were compared with those of patients with TCM symptoms,pregnancy rate and fallopian tube recanalization rate before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed.Results:There were 30 patients in each group,4 patients in the experimental group fell off,and 5 patients in the control group fell off.The general conditions of age,duration,and symptoms of each group were compared,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.The expression of CD38 and CD 138 in the endometrium of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).The efficacy of the two groups was compared at 9 months after surgery:1.Postoperative pregnancy in the two groups,65.38%of the intrauterine pregnancy in the experimental group,no ectopic pregnancy;36,0%in the control group,and 2 patients got ectopic pregnancy.There was a significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups(P<0.05).2.The improvement of tubal patency in the unsuccessful pregnancy of the two groups was significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).3.In tenns of improvement of clinical symptoms,the total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement in the experimental group and the control group was 88.46%and 68.0%,respectively.The local improvement rate of local signs was 88.46%and 72.0%,respectively.Both groups can improve clinical symptoms,but the effect of the test group Better.Conclusion:1.Huatan Tongluo traditional Chinese medicine combined with laparoscopic surgery can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hydrosalpinx,effectively improve endometritis,improve endometrial receptivity,and increase intrauterine pregnancy rate.2.The expression of endometrial CD38 and CD 138 is increased,may because the hydrosalpinx flow back to the uterine cavity,causing endometritis.
