| Objective: To evaluate the pancreatic granules of the general state of chronic pancreatitis in rats and the effects of blood amylase; of chronic inflammation in rat pancreatic repair; investigate the IL-1, NF-кB in the role of chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic granules on serum IL-1, NF-кB expression.Methods: 85 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, 10 for the blank group, model group, pancreatic granules low, middle and high-dose group, Qingyi cholagogic particle group 15. Application model dibutyltin dichloride (DBTC) animal model of chronic pancreatitis are made, respectively, 28 days after administration rats were killed to observe the general morphology of the pancreas and histopathological changes, and the use of the radioi- mmunoassay method rats blood serum amylase changes, immunohistochemical detection of IL-1 and NF-кB protein expression.Results: The granules of the pancreas in rats with chronic pancreatitis signs, symptoms, such as improvements in varying degrees, can effectively reduce blood levels of serum amylase levels; and pancreas injury in the role of significant repair; IL-1NF-кB expressed in chronic pancreatitis markedly increased, and granules can be inhibited pancreatic IL-1 and the expression of NF-кB.Conclusion: The granules of rat pancreas in experimental chronic pancreatitis a significant effect, its mechanism may be associated with lower blood amylase, pancreatic injury repair, inhibit IL-1, NF-кB expression. |
