| Purpose:This study is based on basic theories of Chinese medicine as a guide to patient clinical study, using block control method to observe Chinese medicine, Acupuncture, Cupping, Acupuncture and traditional Chinese-medicine at the same time be used and so on, to discus the effectiveness of treatment of Qi stagnation blood stasis and advantages of the treatment.Method:120 patients were divided into four groups which are Chinese-medicine group, Acupuncture group, Acupuncture-medicine group, and Cupping group. Acupuncture group:The patient is treated with acupuncture method, the treatment three times per week for each 30 minutes, three times for a course of treatment, each treatment interval of 24 hours, course of treatment every 6 days there is a one-day off. A total course of treatment time is about 4 weeks. Chinese-medicine group:The patient takes medicine 3 times a day. Every time the adult must takes three grams. A course of treatment is 6 days. E very 6 days there is a one-day off. A total course of treatment time is about 4 weeks. Cupping Group:Treatment of three times per week for 10 minutes each time, 3 times for a course of treatment, each treatment interval of 24 hours, a total of 4 courses. Acupuncture-medicine group:The patient is treated with a Acupuncture and Chinese medicine at the same time.Result:The use of Chinese-medicine, Acupuncture, Acupuncture-medicine, and Cupping to cure low back pain about Qi stagnation blood stasis, for reducing the barrier function, reducing pain, improve the walking ability in terms of efficacy as follows:(A) For four groups of patients, we compared patients of before treatment with after treatment, showed a statistically significant difference, which shows that four groups of patients before and after treatment compared to effect significant improvement.(B) The barrier function1. Before treatment, four groups of patients using analysis of variance (F = 0.48; P= 0.70> 0.05), statistically have not significant difference.2. After treatment, four groups of patients using analysis of variance (F= 2.64; P= 0.053> 0.05), statistically have not significant difference too. However, two groups compared using t test results each other, the Acupuncture-medicine group is compared with the Chinese-medicine group, and the Acupuncture group is compared with the Chinese-medicine group, in the statistically significant difference, which shows that Acupuncture-medicine and acupuncture is superior to traditional Chinese medicine about the curing effect. As for the Acupuncture-medicine group is compared with the Acupuncture group, and the Cupping group is compared with the Acupuncture-medicine group, the Acupuncture group, the Chinese-medicine group. They are no statistically significant difference.(C)The degree of pain1. Before treatment, four groups of patients using analysis of variance (F = 1.09; P= 0.35> 0.05), are statistically no significant difference.2. After treatment, four groups of patients using analysis of variance (F=3.73; P= 0.013<0.05), showed statistically significant differences. The 2 groups of four groups are compared each other by the use of t test results. The Acupuncture-medicine group is compared with Chinese-medicine group, and the Acupuncture group is compared with the Chinese-medicine group in the statistically significant difference, which shows that the Acupuncture-medicine group, and the Acupuncture group are more effective than the Chinese-medicine group. As for the Acupuncture-medicine group is compared with the Acupuncture group, and the Cupping group is compared with the Acupuncture-medicine group, the Acupuncture group, the Chinese-medicine group. They are no statistically significant difference.(D) The walking ability 1. Before treatment, four groups of patients using analysis of variance (F = 2.55; P= 0.06> 0.05), are statistically no significant difference.2. After treatment, four groups of patients using analysis of variance (F=2.72; P=0.047<0.05), are statistically no significant difference. The 2 groups of four groups are compared each other by the use of t test results. The Acupuncture-medicine group is compared with Chinese-medicine group, and the Acupuncture group is compared with Chinese-medicine group, are statistically significant difference, which shows that the acupuncture-medicine is superior to the Chinese-medicine in the walking part of the efficacy. As for the Acupuncture-medicine group is compared with the Acupuncture group, and the Cupping group is compared with the Acupuncture-medicine group, the Acupuncture group, the Chinese-medicine group. They are no statistically significant difference. Conclusion:(A) The barrier functionThe acupuncture-medicine group is the total efficiency of 86.67%. The acupuncture group is the total efficiency of 83.33%. The cupping group is the total efficiency of 66.67%. The Chinese-medicine group is the total efficiency of 50.00%. In the x2 test results, the acupuncture-medicine group is compared with the Chinese-medicine group. The acupuncture group is compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group. The difference is significant (P<0.05). As for the Acupuncture-medicine group is compared with the Acupuncture group, and the Cupping group is compared with the Acupuncture-medicine group, the Acupuncture group, the Chinese-medicine group. They are no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).(B) The degree of painThe acupuncture-medicine group is the total efficiency of 86.67%. The acupuncture group is the total efficiency of 80.00%. The cupping group is the total efficiency of 66.67%. The traditional Chinese medicine group is the total efficiency of 36.67%. In the x2 test results, the acupuncture-medicine group is compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group. They are no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).(C) The walking abilityThe acupuncture-medicine group is the total efficiency of 93.33%. The acupuncture group is the total efficiency of 76.67%. The cupping group is the total efficiency of 50.00%. The traditional Chinese medicine group is the total efficiency of 46.67%. In the x2 test results, the acupuncture-medicine group is compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group, the Cupping group the Cupping group, and the acupuncture group is compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group, the difference is significant (P<0.05). As for the Acupuncture-medicine group is compared with the Acupuncture group, and the Cupping group is compared with the Acupuncture group, the Chinese-medicine group. They are no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05). |
