Clinical Study On Treatment Of Functional Anorectal Pain With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis By Xingqi Huayu Method

Objective: In this study,patients with functional anal and rectal pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were treated with hot compress on acupoints combined with biofeedback therapy,to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of this method for the treatment of the disease,to explore its mechanism of action and to provide clinical application New treatment methods and corresponding theoretical basis.Methods: In this study,60 patients who signed the informed consent form in the Anorectal Department of the Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 were included in the random number table method.The treatment group used 30 patients.Rexuanbao acupoint hot compress combined with biofeedback therapy,30 patients in the control group were treated with biofeedback therapy,and the treatment cycle was 20 days.Changes in quality of life and other conditions,overall efficacy,various safety indicators,and pain recurrence 3 months after stopping treatment.The data obtained were statistically analyzed with SPSS21.0 software.Results:(1)The results of the treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients are as follows: the treatment group(30 cases): 8 cases were cured,18 cases improved,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.67%;the control group(30 cases): 4 cases were cured,16 cases improved,10 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 66.67%.The difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)Comparison of VAS score: Comparison of pain between the two groups before and after treatment: the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the effect after treatment was better than before treatment;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(3)Comparison of quality of life scores: Comparison of quality of life between the two groups of patients before and after treatment: The treatment group had significant statistical differences in physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,social function,emotional function,and mental health(P<0.01),the difference in energy is statistically significant(P<0.05),the effect after treatment is better than before treatment,and the difference in general health status is not obvious(P>0.05);In the control group,there were significant differences in physical function,physical function,social function and mental health(P<0.01),there were significant differences in body pain(P<0.05),and the effects after treatment were better than those before treatment.There were no significant differences in general health status,energy and emotional function(P >0.05);Comparison between groups:The Treatment group in the physiological function,the physiological function two aspects compares the difference to have the statistics significance(P<0.01),in the body ache,the energy,the social function,the emotion function four aspects compares the difference to have the statistics significance(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in mental health between the two groups(P>0.05);(4)Comparison of the situation after recovery: In the effective cases of the two groups,after three months of stopping treatment,1 case relapsed in the treatment group and 3 cases relapsed in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The long-term curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(5)Safety comparison: No adverse reaction was found in all cases during the study period.Conclusion: Xingqi Huayu method can effectively relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients with functional anorectal pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,especially in the improvement of physiological function,physiological function,body pain,energy,social function,emotional function six dimensions have obvious advantages,and the long-term efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group.
