The core thought of Christianity is love, which defines it as a religion of love. The life is expressed as being loving, joyful, peaceful, patient, kind, generous, faithful, gentle, and self-controlling. As said in the Scripture,we can know them by their fruit. Thus, the touchstone of the maturity of a Christian's interpersonal relationship is the fruit of spirit. According to the exact verse, the fruit of spirit refers to one fruit containing the nine elements instead of nine fruits.Only when all the nine elements are present in his life can we say that one Christian is mature in interpersonal relationship and his connection to God.It is true that one tends to do what he is capable of, and that people have different ways of understanding. Therefore, it is beyond what a religion can do to change the differences. Each individual of Christianity has his own habits and character, so getting to know those is necessary before developing relationships. This area belongs to the studies of contemporary philosophy and religious ideas.Nutritions or medication are not enough for one's health; it's important to take all those fators into consideration such as blood, bones, muscles, genes (DNA), external environment, phychology, and unexpected conditions. In the modern time, to build relationships does not simply rely on Christianity as a religion, but also on psychology. Reliance on one's inner power decides how he is going to be. It's a wrong for Christianity to destroy interpesonal relationships because of the religion problem. This dissertation aims to correct the wrong and build a new connection between them. The blood of interpersonal relationship in Christianity is love. Love covers everything and it is as essential to relationships as blood to a life.Just like muscles need to be exercised to keep strong, the morals on IR have to be applied to people's lives, or it will be of no use.External environment includes both family and social environment such as school and company. Psychology indicates attitudes toward others;gene is about one's inborn interests or hobbies; constitution, habits, body and character inherited from parents are born. Unexpected things refer to surprise attacks, such as betrayal by parents, siblings and friends."Love others as oneself" is the greatest change from the Old Testament to the New one. However,in reality it remains a question on how to love what. One easy and effective way to help understand this is to watch movies. The film "Kingdom of Heaven" (2005) is an imagination about the building of interpersonal relationships of Christians in the modern time. Driven crazy by two god fathers who insult his deceased wife and steal the property in the tomb, the hero in the film commits murder and flees. His father dies in the end to protect him and gives his place. Thus the hero becomes the castellan of a small city and gets famous for his bravery. He is a leader with no discrimination against any religions. In the battle with his component Saladin, they are given a way to live inspite of the great gap between their military forces.I got some inspirations from the film:insulting others is sure to pay; dividing people according to beliefs is not proper; harmonious relationship is of necessity. To build a good relationship, people should be couragous to face difficulties or conflicts rather than evading them, and they should also have a positive way in controlling psychology and emotions; in efforts, people will win a final victory. It also applies to getting into heaven. It may be impossible for us to change the world, but we can change ourselves. The crucial thing for building interpersonal relationships in the present age is self-adjustment. As time goes on, interactions among religions, ethnics, and nations are getting plural, and their impacts on each other are also getting deeper. Under this condition, Christianity has to examine itself-believers should correct their wrongs in judging things according to twisted religion concept, and go back to the Scripture, and rebuild relationships among men and with God. Interpersonal relationships mentioned in the dissertation refer to both relations among Christians and people of different religions.Nowadays, the society of religion researchers advocate conversations between religions to relieve the conflicts because of religion differences, and create a harmonious state of religions. However, some theogists insists on some partials and each sect has its own thoughts on doctrines. It leads to the impossiblity to talk with Christianity, leave alone with other religions. Talks about God is serious and mysterious for Christians. Whether or not does the God exist? The Bible claims that He exists and Christians believe this.In the book, Jesus attaches the importance to loving people and the good relationships with others. How to decide whether one truly loves God or not, since He is invisible through eyes? If we take Jesus's word as a criteria, we can see that modern Christians do not love God or they are not even true believers, because we find them caring so little about interpersonal relationships. What does God want his believers to do? How to treat others? God sees every one as equal because they are all created by Him.The study of religions in the world is becoming more and more mature, and their suggestion on conversations among religions is necessary, especially for reserved Christians. They should catch up with the pace of the world and tolerate others. On this basis, they should make some more changes on Christianity, cooperate with other researchers to work out a way to help human beings co-exist, and with a humble attitude, learn and explore methods on how to develop oneself and the whold world. In the book Changes That Heal, the author Dr. Henry Cloud states that every one has his own boundary and it is helpful in dealing with problems in relationships. For which of you, wanting to build a tower, does not first sit down and calculate the cost, whether he has enough to complete it? In case that after he sets the basis, he can not complete it, and then others laugh at him, saying "he has started but he can not accomplish." To build a tower requires of a design, detailed project drawing, budget, time, labors, and the purpose and objective. Like building the tower, it is as important to calculate the cost. What's more, it involves dignity, which is priceless. It ranks first to know the line between sacrificing and benefiting others. As said in the Bible, no love is greater than that laying down one's life for another. This does not mean not loving oneself. If one does not love himself, it is impossible for him to love others. "Loving others as yourself" shows the same importance of oneself and others. Therefore, it is important for people to truly love themselves before they make meaningless sacrifices for others. In spite of a perfect design and budget and fund, it means nothing without action. If we have a wonderful theory, then we need to carry it out, or it becomes rotten and useless. The author of this dissertation tries to analyze and find a good way to build relationships through psychology. The design picture is the concept of love in Christianity, and the project drawing is consisted of MBTI, Nine-characters theory, TA. In order to complete the construction plan of IR, builders or labors need to make use of the theory SPP and SWOT.
