A Study On The Solving Medical Tangle With Psychology Principle

As a spencial interpersonal relationship, staff-patient relationship is an important component of the medical tangle. It acts important role on forming and developing and solving of the medical tangle . This paper has made a Questionnaire and a State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI-Form y) and a Social Support Scale survey on the patients and doctors. Then the writer has made use of the experimental study and developed the patients and doctors with the comprehensive improvement interpersonal relationship psychology strategy. The results are shown as follows: 1. The comprehensive improvement interpersonal relationship psychology strategy developing has effect. 2. The difference of the record of formal schooling, the "sex",the age, the occupation of the patients and doctors have no effect to The comprehensive improvement interpersonal relationship psychology strategy developing. 3. The difference of the character of the patients and doctors is an important factor. The extroversion has higher score, the introversion has lower score. 4. The satisfactory degree to the conclusion of the medical accident. 5.
