Alishir Navai (1441-1501) is outstanding poet, philosopher, linguist. He had so famous works on literature, linguistics, philosophy, biography, history, religion. His achievments were the bases of devolepment of Modern Uyghur for five centuries and it had influence on Uyghur culture, education, literal language, Uyghur Twelve Muqam. Up to now, his some works were published and some books edited by scholars after 1980. Scholars studied on his works on the bases of folklore. Navai's Hamsa and Divan reflected his language art and literary genius. Farhad and Shirin is the well-known work of his Hamsa (Khamsa). The project will study Farhad and Shirin on the bases of philology, phonetic, word and morphology and it will help who study Navai, Chaghatay Turkic Literature and can help understanding the language art of Navai.The thesis consists of seven main chapters with introduction and three appendixes included facsimile, word glossary and word index. The introduction part will introduce meaning of the project, research methods, and explain studies on the world.The first chapter mainly introduces Alishir Navai, his works, collections of his works, publishing, and so on.The second chapter introduces the structure of Farhad and Shirin and its content, main thought and keeping and collection of manuscript of Farhad and Shirin.The chapter three will study on future of vowels, consonant and their harmony.The chapter four discusses the case category of noun of Farhad and Shirin, and explains every case of the noun in detail.The chapter five mainly explains the characteristics of the number category and the ownership-dependent category of the noun.The chapter is Latin transcription of Farhad and Shirin.The appendix includes facsimile, glossary and index.
