Today's Shaanxi Province, known as Qin in ancient times, has rich culture implication as a result of being the capital of 13 dynasties in history. To some degree, Shaanxi contemporary writers have created world-famous literature works by such rich and deep culture. But up to now, the research between Shaanxi contemporary writers and regional traditional culture is very weak, and academic circles have a little critism on the writers. Therefore, the paper will expand a literary culture archeology by studying Shaanxi contemporary representative writers and Qin traditional culture factor in their works, trying to solve the following three problems:1. How does Qin traditional culture activate Shaanxi contemporary writers'literature consciousness and imagination? 2. On which level have Shaanxi writers and Qin traditional culture agreed with in spirit? 3. Which new culture belongs to the culture of their own by usinging western excellent culture results for reference and self-life experience? Conversely, on which aspects do they limit their promotion in literary realm because of their immoderate show of dross culture? To discuss the problems above, the paper, choosing Shaanxi contemporary writers:LIU Qing, CHEN Zhong-shi and JIA Ping-wa, will study their works and cultural psychology structure in detail.Chapter One:Reviewing historical culture accumulation of Qin area and searching for the anwser to Qin area after encountering the impact of modernization since twenty century. Qin, with thousands of years'development, remains rich traditional culture heritage. Not only mountains, rivers and geography, human land scape, historical system, but also philosophical thought, religious belief and folklore in Qin all have prfound effect on the life style and culture psychology of modern Qin people. However, in the later twenty century, the impact of modernization is gradually stronger, providing good chances for Shaanxi writers to create local culture.Chapter Two:Overreviewing Various types of cultural awareness in Shaanxi (?)writers' creation, analyzing their meeting point they accept the traditional clture of Qin area. Most 17-year-old writers have accepted nationalization formal theory of Yan'an literature and art. So their works after the establishment of China have obvious regional culture. New-times writers try to show the fascination of traditional culture, influnced by root-searching culture trends. Later and today's writers begin to have conciousness of breaking shackles of local culture, appearing the tendency of multi-cultural writing. There is no doubt that Shaanxi contemporary writers get deep nourishment of traditional clture of Qin area in history, folk culture and ideal.Chapter Three:Explaining the agreement between LIU Qing and nationalization form. During anti-Japanese war, LIU Qing mainly expressed the nationalization form of learning from old novels by his Learning from Old Novels and so on. Though these novels brought him a liitle shock in Yan'an rectification movement, Talks by MAO Ze-dong excited his awareness of culture roots. After the establishment of China, life of 14 years in Chang'an was the embodyment of combination of workers and peasants, it was also the result of culture root-seeking. History of Enterpreneurship was the result of combining the writer's early nationalization form with the later Guanzhong life experience. Collective Unconsciousness connected LIU Qing's epic writing, pursuit of realism Authenticity with SI Ma-qian's Jizhuan style and the spirit of Veritable Records. Writing in Dialects in Qin area is the inheritance of folk culture remains.Chapter Four:Discussing spiritual inheritance of CHEN Zhong-shi and Guan learning. China's reform and opening policy in 1978 excited CHEN Zhong-shi's mental change. The root-seeking trend in 1985 led writers to focus on native culture. Writers reviewed, described and thought over Guan learning in Guanzhong Culture Theory. The work that made CHEN Zhong-shi think over Guan learning culture was Bailuyuan. The writer reveals stable, conservative cultural and psychological structure of Qin people by transforming Lu Shi Village Convenance into creative literature, especially taking Guan learning scholar NIU Zhao-lian as a model, molding confucianism image:shigenori and parenting, willing to Learning to Polite People. Mr. Zhu faces modern impact and has no ability to react actively, which hid the tragic fate of Chinese traditional cultureChapter Five:Explaining the origins of JIA Ping-wa and Chu and Han culture. JIA Ping-wa's works is full of ghost meaning. This is related to Shangzhou and Xi'an in which he grew up and lived. The living place of Jia Shi from Shangzhou to Xi'an is a good chance to combine the culture of north and south. This is Chu and Han culture. However, Jia Shi's ghost writing would not have reached grotesque depths without the global development in 1990s and the impact of consumption culture. Modernization directly leads to Jia Shi's sorrow of departing, decadence of pen and belief in god and ghost. Frankly speaking, grotesque is Jia's sally and resistance of modern civilization. The deep historical memory and folk cultural relics in Qin area provide rich materials for Shaanxi writers'literature. Under the pushing of nationalization and culture root-seeking trend, they made creative transformation for the traditional culture in Qin area. They wrote literature works with suffering, Chinese mood and desolation wilderness aesthetic. During the time of 17 years, LIU Qing showed the similarity between such nationalization as biography and dialect and traditional culture. In the new ages, CHEN Zhong-shi accepted Guan-learning culture, making his works have reasonable and solemn quietness style. JIA Ping-wa chose Chu and Han culture as his creative base because of his preferencs for Yehu chan and anti-modernization thought. Though they gained some successful experience in modern transformation, they had such weakness as aging subjects and old means of artistic expression. So Shaanxi writers need to transform traditional culture into deep spirit and emotion. They also need to learn new idea from modernization in order to enrich their artistic expression. Otherwise, the writing of Shaanxi writers is hard to touch human soul and more difficult to obtain breakthrough.
