From The Responsibility Floating Into Responsibility Reconstruction

The paper studies contemporary crisis of responsibility in philosophy perspective.Contemporary society bases the formation of the materialization logic of market economy and instrumental rationality, the same time, it is a political society in the form of nation-state . In the instrumental rationality-oriented society , individualism, liberalism,utilitarianism are in vogue.Public responsibility is in the absence , and responsibility is fragmented , calculating and floating . With the globalization era,people and nations are interdependence.Freedom and responsibility,individual and others , self and society have been caught in conflict constantly.Responsibility crisis has been the major challenge in contemporary society.The deep root of the contemporary responsibility is to understand responsibility in the main departure from the self,rather than from the relation between people and others.The essence of the contemporary crisis of responsibility is the decay of responsibility publicity,not only the lack of public responsibility,but also the highlight of responsibility for oneself and private nature.Responsibility view has undergone the theme change:responsibility to Polis based on goodness,responsibility to God based on faith,personal responsibility based on self-consciousness.Responsibility reflection in philosophy perspective has the meaning of critical concept,and it is fundamental problem behind various external provisions of responsibility.Reconstruction of responsibility is a kind of possibility way to get rid of contemporary crisis of responsibility.Responsibility redesigning is required to select publicity as the priority value scale of responsibility.We can understand responsibility publicity in the perspective of social responsibility , responsibilital norms and political public responsibility.Responsibility publicity has characteristics of coexistence,norm and society.Public reason is the basis of the responsibility publicity.On this basis,responsibility needs to be redesigned fully from perspectives of contents,subject and objects.Responsibility redesigning has important theoretical and practical significance undoubtedly.It reconstructs value scale conversion of responsibility,and helps to overcome the general responsibility nihilism of contemporary society.Responsibility redesigning has great reference as we reflect responsibility problem solution in contemporary China.
