Responsibility is a kind of feeling that individual takes one’s own duty an d does one’s best to finish it. It’s the emotional experience due to individual a ccomplish their moral mission with active, serious and responsible attitude in moral activities. Responsibility must be performed in a particular context throu gh certain responsibility behavior.First, through the interview and documentary review to construct the theoretical dimension for our study. Then, through confirmatory factor analysis to verify our theoretical dimension furtherly. Finally, determine two kinds of situations: for one’s own responsibility situation and for others’ responsibility situation.In Experiment 1, in order to explore how the identity salience and anticipate emotion influence responsibility decision-making intention in reponsibility conflict situation. 110 college students as subjects, we sepreately highlight the student identity and multiple identity through the instructions and short-answer questions, then we asked the subjects to choose decision-making intention in reponsibility conflict situation. And the results showed:the main effect of the identity salience was significant, when highlighted the student identity, prefer one’s own responsibility,when highlighted the multiple identities, prefer for others’ responsibility. And then,the subjects’ identity of responsibility would also influence the responsibility decision-making intention, family responsibility>social responsility>collective responsibility. Anticipated happy had a positive correlation with responsibility decision-making intention, and anticipated gulit had a negative correlation with responsibility decision-making intention. Then came the conlusion: in reponsibility conflict situation, not only the identity of subject,but also the identity of object would influence the responsibility decision-making intention,the relationship between anticipated emotion and decision-making intention was significant correlation.In Experiment 2, in order to explore the electric activity of the brain in different responsibility situations. 110 college students as subjects, use gambling task pattern to create different responsibility situations,when finished the experiment, the subjectmust finish a questionnaire.The results showed:compared to for others responsibility situation, feedback stimuli in for self responsiiblity situation elicited larger FRN and smaller P300. compared to win situation, feedback stimuli in lose situation elicited larger FRN and smaller P300. The further correlation analysis revealed that the FRN is significantly correlated with subjective rating of sense of responsibility: the higher responsibility sense partcipants have, the larger FRN was observed. The more attention partcipants take,the larger P300 was observedThrough experiments,we explored the different circumstances of responsibility performance characteristics of college students’ sense of responsibility, was shown as:when one lost in responsibility conflict situation, one inclined more to for others’ responsibility, family responsibility > family responsibility>self responsibility, FRN may be the special waveform related to the sense of responsibility: the higher responsibility sense partcipants have, the larger FRN was observed.Key words: Responsibility; Responsibility decision-making intention; Self...
