Complete translation context(CTC) is the sum of all context factors that influencethe process of complete translation. It consists of linguistic context(LC), context ofsituation(CS), context of culture(CC) and all of sub-context factors. The mechanism ofCCT refers to a complex system in which context influences all the process ofcomplete translation, that is, the law that context follows to affect the process ofcomprehension, transformation, and expression of complete translation. Themechanism of CTC consists of single and multiple actions, such as deductionmechanism of the LC, restructuring mechanism of CS, dialogue mechanism of CC andlinkage mechanism of the three contexts. Deduction mechanism of the LC extendslinearly in discourse, consisting of deducing from previous speech units, deducingfrom next speech units, and two-way deduction. The translators should restructure thetridimensional situation from source text to target text during the translation.Restructuring mechanism of CS consists of style restructuring, subject restructuring, and time-space restructuring. There is the collision between source language(SL)culture and target language(TL) culture during the translation. According to translationpurpose and reader demand, the translators should choose the logical strategies tobalance SL and TL cultures. Dialogue mechanism of CC consist of foreignization, domestication and harmony. The mechanism of CTC is a complex and inherentlylinkage system. The function of context factors is not single and isolated, butmultidimensional and complex. LC, CS and CC act on the complete translation processby the parallel, crossing, or stepwise way. The mechanism of CTC can be proved bymost of the disciplines, such as syntactics, semantics, pragmatics, rhetoric, speechcommunication, cognitive linguistics, cultural studies, Linguistic culturology, sociology of culture and intercultural communication.
