After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, the Japanese cotton textile industry in China took advantage of its special regional environment and got the incomparable edge condition with the cotton textile industry in Japan. But the regional environment is not only the important condition to help the Japanese cotton textile go the Boom in the war time. From the studying of the chapter one, It was found the conditions as the large scale and equipment, the high production efficiency, the effective and timely absorption of the cotton, the cheap cost of the labor, continuing from the time before the war, still maintain the advantages of the Japanese cotton textile industry. In the chapter two, we can see the outbreak of the war caused the heavy losses of the Japanese cotton textile industry. The factories in Qingdao leaded to a total destruction, and the plan of the development of the factories in Tianjin was postponed or cancelled. But, the factories in Shanghai, although a part of its equipment was damaged by the war fire, most still saved and provided of the basics of the production. The factories in Shanghai became the main force to improve the Japanese cotton textile industry to gain more profit and leaded to the boom. Because of the occupation by the Japanese army, the Chinese cotton textile factories were weakened and controlled in the War time, the Japanese factories gained the high boom on the premise of suppressing and robbing its competitor.According to the chapter three, we knew that the most fundamental reason leads the Shanghai Japanese cotton textile factories to the boom, was the extremely positive purchasing of the "Kebang"(客帮)from around the country. The Kebang enlarged the market of the Japanese factories. Before June1940, all the Japanese cotton textile factories took advantage of the "Beibang"(北帮)to transport the cotton products almost half of the total production to the all places of the North China. The purchasing of the Beibang stimulated the factories to product as much as possible. After1940June, because of the material blockading and economic controlling by the local Japanese army in North China, the route of the Beibang to Shanghai was cut off and the Japanese factories were suffered a fatal blow and its production was facing an unprecedented serious recession.Through the study of the chapter four, we can know that the cotton controlling by the local Japanese army of the North and Central China gave a negative effect on the Japanese cotton textile industry in China. Under the Chinese cotton controlling by the Japanese army, the Japanese factories must change its production model and cotton consumption structure to face with the problem of scarce of the cotton. The Japanese cotton textile factories had to absorb the foreign cotton by imported. However, the absorbing not only eased the crisis of the cotton and became an extremely important condition leading the Japanese cotton textile factories to the boom. But after the reduction of the output themselves, the factories did not need as much the cotton as before. The Japanese factories, especially in Shanghai went to the recession, with a high reservation of the cotton, showed that the cotton crisis was an serious but not the fatal reason leading to the recession. In the chapter five, we knew the secret between the Japanese cotton textile factories and the Japanese government and army through the currency policy to damage and interfere with the financial order of the anti-Japan Chinese government. Beginning with the secret account "I", the common currency legal tender gained by the factories was flowing to the Japan army by exchange with the Military ticket. The Japanese cotton textile factories were meeting the most serious damage in their financial order. The money they gained in the war environment was evaporated by the several kinds of the bank account. It was indicated that the disorder currency policy practiced by the Japanese government and army was the real chief offender of the decline of the Japanese cotton textile industry in China. From the chapter six, we knew that the unique management model of the Japanese cotton textile factories still played an extremely important role to lead to the boom. The labor gathering from rural area to the metropolis made the cotton textile factories without any worry and care about the labor shortage. The Japanese management model built from prewar was continuing to maintaining a large labor team and its stability and success provided a solid labor foundation for the Japanese cotton textile industry in China. In the last chapter, according to the secret document "the opinion of the Zaikabo(在华纺)",we knew the dilemma of the Japanese cotton textile industry in China in the war environment and October1940was the watersheds of the boom and the decline of the production. As the conclusion of the paper, we can see that the union and the backscratching of the non-monopoly capitalism (the Japanese cotton textile industry in China)and the economic militarism of Japan led the former one to the inevitable death.
