Socialist market economy practice with Chinese characteristic widens Marxist problem-domain and enables Das Capital first to have the new living basis. The intention between economic reality and traditional ethics extrudes the dilemma on economic ethics of socialist market practice. It's our time's background on the study of Ethic Basis on Economic Analysis. The socialist market economy practice calls the study of Marxist economic ethics. In the main points of my view, the thesis stands out the way of question on market economy. That's to say Marx stands on the proletarian footing, on the view of humanism to ask the question to interrogate the market. Marx derives ethic principle from truth principal or economic rule. Marx draws out the market contract ethics from the rule of commodity economy, and the ethic dilemma from the humanism. In the free, honest and just study on economics, Marx backs up contractual ethics and labor justice with the labor theory of value and surplus value, and reconstruct the contractual exchange and labor justice of classical economics to call on the proletarian labor right and the human right. On the methodology, the thesis protrudes Marx's hermeneutic, regards the creation or the explanation of the world as the thinking with half rationality and half sensibility, emphasizes ethic presupposition on philosophical and scientific activity, considers economic rule cannot to be observed immediately and only to be grasped in the abstract, so it has some metaphysician character. Then it enables economists to find sustenance of emotion in economic rule in the construction of economic worldview. Marx called economic theory as the technicalization of economic worldview, ideology of economist. The origin of the metaphysics is that economic world is put in order with the biological paradigm by Marx. Marx emphasizes the internal order and internal value of object. On ontology, the living right of object is confirmed with the thinking way of whole organism; on epistemology, the internal order of object is metaphysics that's not immediately observed and only grasped by rationality; on axiology, ethics and jurisprudence is only the proclamation of objective nature and idealization of the introspective reflection. That's to say, objective nature is ethic entity, law protects ethic relation and actualizes ethic order. Jurist basis is ethics; ethic basis is the objective nature. Its reflection in historical materialism is that economic basis fixes superstructure , economic order fixes ethic order and law order. So Marx remold the worldview and the ethic points of classical economics. Not only doesitself, but also the historical nature of the existent requirement of ethics recognize the existent world and its justification on ethics and jurisprudence and jurisprudence is found in economic evolution. The theoretic path and real way to the human society in the future is logically derived from the original equation of social history. The thesis takes three chapters. It gives prominence to the dynamic construction process of value-cognition structure, stresses that Marx is not a passive thought container. His early thought is not a passiveexcrescence to be imperatively get rid of, but it's a positive pre-structure to understand the world. This pre-structure as a internal, basic and continually developed value-recognition structure that enable knowledge and ethics to be possible, stipulates an agreement on the path and direction of his last thought development. So Marx said: "The problem is not to rule off an impassable gap between the past and the future, but is to realize the past thought. " Chapter I "The critique period of pre-economic-ethics" stresses the natural law frame of marx's atomism that its core is the liberty, happiness and contractual justice. It is politicized and legalized as an organic rationality and democracy about the relation between individual benefit and public benefit in its answer to the social poor. Chapter II "The philosophical critique period of economic et...
