| The Qiyue Poets School (the QPS) was an important group of poets got together around Qiyue (July)and Xiwang (Hope) etc. Fellows magazines during the Anti-Japanese War and the Peoples Liberation War.Inherited domestically the national tradition of Chinese poetry, borrowed foreign experiences of modern western tradition, this School maintained the realism creation method and used the form of free verse to create, stressing the intensive marriage of the poet's mind with the reality, speaking highly of the individual subjectivity, carrying on the subjective fighting spirits, emphasizing the artistic sublimation, echoing with the progressive forces, taking on multi-historical missions, contributing greatly to the development of Chinese modern poetry and the realization of democratic politics system. This dissertation comprehensively probes into the subject with multi-perspectives, tracing out the evolution process, commenting on the artistic merits and limits, summarizing the experiences and lessons.Connections of three aspects, such as connections of poetic education, connections of realistic creating method and connections of the disposing of form and content between "Qiyue Poets School" and our nation's tradition are discussed in the first chapter. And through the discussion, a connecting relation is uniquely disclosed between the "Qiyue Poets School" and the national tradition and therefore the firm conclusion about the "Qiyue Poets School" which has been interpreted as negating the national tradition and the domestic literature has been broken off, the position of "Qiyue Poets School" in the literature history is also promoted by this chapter.Through the political poetry writing tradition, using the modern aesthetic means for modern poems creating and the free verse tradition, a profound and earthly relation between the Qiyue Poets School and the western modern and contempory poetry tradition has been profoundly disclosed in the second chapter. An unique perspective is also provided here for us to look through the achievements that Qiyue Poets School had made in their time.The third chapter mainly focuses on three aspects: (1) Qiyue Poets School understood and mastered the essence of poetry writing as means of feelings expression excellently;(2) and they used lots of mordern aesthetic means in writing to guranttee the artistic effects; (3) and they were very concerned with the creation of poetic diction in the duration of symbolizing process. Qiyue Poets School was such school who really wrote poetry as poetryand great achievements were made by them in their time. Through the discussion in this chapter, some misunderstandings has been broken.By using the combining method of the realism in literature and the stylistic capability of poetry, the realism in poetry writing has been defined in the fourth chapter. And through the study of the real situation of the poetry writing of Qiyue Poets School, a conclusion has been made in this chapter, that is, Qiyue Poets School is a mature and pure realistic poets school. A perfect new perspective angle of the research of Qiyue Poets School has been provided in this chapter.The fifth chapter has summarized out four aspects of the Qiyue Poets School's characteristics, including: 1) poets of Qiyue Poets School had the same political attitude toward the people, they were the embodiments of all the people ; 2) they were all using the realistic writing method to create poetry with a profound and deep aesthetic correlation with the reality; 3) and they were a pure and mature free verse poets school with great contribution to the promotion of the stylistic status of free verse in Chines New Poetry history; 4) the dominating stylistic characteristics of the school are: sublime, profound, clear and plain.The social and historical motivation and aesthetic motivation of the forming of Qiyue Poets School has been analyzed in detail in the sixth chapter and the key factors of the school formation such as Hufeng, Aiqing and Tianjian and the interaction of each scho...
