The paper reviews, from the viewpoint of the transformation of the two ways of thinking, i.e,the theoretical philosophy and the practical philosophy, the process of the sinicization of Marxistphilosophy in the early part of the 20th century and summarizes it as three theoretical stages wherethe transformation of the two paradigms of thinking, i.e, the theoretical philosophy and thepractical philosophy, occurs. And the paper testifies that it is the change of the thinking way thatresults the theoretical transformation of Marxist philosophy in China. It demonstrates, from theunification of history and logic, that Maozedong's philosophy is a practical philosophy, anddiscloses the warp in the understanding of Maozedong's philosophy by the past theoreticalphilosophical paradigm, and proves that the essence of Maozedong's practical philosophy is theexplanation of Marxist philosophy in his own experience of the leadership of Chinese revolution, which turns Marxist practical philosophy into a discourse system that can be accepted by Chinesepeople and realizes the Sinicization of Marxist philosophy in its true sense, on the basis ofinheriting and rebuilding Chinese traditional practical philosophy. The article re-sites the historicalfunctions of Qu Qiubai, Li Da, Ai Siqi, etc in the process of the Sinicization of Marxistphilosophy.
