Guided by the language philosophies especially the Speech Act Theory,this paper probed into the psychological effects and its influential factors of the teachers' discipline speech.The study adopted the scene imitating technique. The whole study consists of seven experiments: (1)The study on the perception, emotion experience and the possible behavior tendency towards parents principles of middle and primary students; (2)The study on the students' perception, emotion experience and behavior tendency toward the messages of teachers' disciplines; (3)The primary students' emotional reaction and behavior tendency towards the messages of different kinds of teachers' disciplines; (4)The comparing study on the types of speech acts of teachers' disciplines; (5)The effects of the agreement to discipline problems between teachers and students on the teachers' discipline speech act; (6)The influence of the nature of disciplines on the teachers' discipline speech act; (7)The relation between the achievements of teachers' discipline and the using frequencies of discipline speech act.The whole study mainly got the results as follow:1. Educators' (parents and teachers) different discipline speech caused learners' different perceptive comments, emotion experience and behavior tendency. There is distinction between good and bad educational effect of different disciplines: induction is the best in causing learners' active emotion and obedience. The second is puzzle and worry. The third is disappointment which may cause some learners' obedience and the last is irritation and criticism which is apt in causing negative emotion and resistance.2. The psychological effect of discipline speech is influenced by the speakers, the subjects' age and sex.
