The main intention of this thesis is to explain the realistic transcendency of Marx's Philosophy to the absolute transcendency theory of Occident Philosophy, indicate that the absolute transcendency theory must bring the limitation of abstraction and absoluteness and point out the condition, society and history characteristic of transcendency. Marx thought that the absolute transcendency theory of occident philosophy could only point out a fine future of absolute transcendency, but couldn't achieve this fine future, the result was using the pursuing of absolute transcendent being to replace the realistic alteration of human beings to the sensible world, using the abstract fantastic world to replace the realistic sensible life, bringing the theoretical limitation which couldn't be overcome. The detailed representations were as follows.First, human beings were placed in absent state. The absolute transcendency theory looked for the noumenon being of absolute transcendency outside the human being itself, considered the whole existence including human beings as the outcome of the noumenon, thus establishing the ultimate pursuing of philosophy to the absolute transcendent noumenon being.
