Modern Critique was published by some Intellectuals who had similar political opinions at the half and later stage of the 1920's. It's main content focused on Chinese political incidents, and was the reflection of Chinese bourgeois intellectuals'political attitudes and views. To make thorough study on Modern Critique's political thoughts and destiny, is not only can broaden the area of China's modern politics-ideology history study, but also is of great importance in studying the Chinese intellectuals'developing history in the 1900s.This article has four parts:Chapter One:The start publication of Modern Critique and its cultural background analysis. Modern Critique was founded on the basis of Pacific and creation review, and was used by Chinese bourgeois intellectuals to intervene in Chinese politics conscientiously. Modern Critique was influenced deeply by the culture of Britain and the United States of America, and its opinion was influenced clearly by the political thoughts of Britain and the United States of America. Meanwhile, Modern Critique was influenced by traditional culture interiorly. The conflict and merge among Chinese and western culture on Modern Critique was obvious.Chapter Two:The attitude of Modern Critique to the internal politics of China. The internal politics of China was the primary goal that Modern Critique concerned. When Modern Critique was start published, the Rehabilitation Conference was convened.
