Whenever thinking about the occurrence of art, we are used to tracking it back to the prehistoric age. And the topic always reminds us of the bulls portrayed on the rock of some caves, or the basins of the Neolithic age.But since the creation of the concept of artistic intelligence, people began to realize that the occurrence of art is related to the individual's development. Thus, the discussion on occurrence of art bears not only theoretic importance to researchers, but also realistic applications to ordinary people.The term of intelligence has two implications: first, all intelligence must be idiographic, which means it must be shown in certain form; second, all intelligence has a seedtime, i.e. a developing course during which it grows from weak to strong.The analysis and explanation of artistic intelligence in the first part of this dissertation are based on the above two implications. And the proposition,"Education practice plays the most important role in successful development of infants'artistic intelligence", is further discussed. To prove the proposition, case studies have been used. Several local nurseries and a kindergarten owned and operated by Koreans who live in China have been chosen. Information on the artistic intelligence development status of infants in different schools has been collected, compared and analyzed. Based on the analysis, conclusion is drawn that adults'role is fundamental in the art education of infants.
