Empathy is an important internal psychological characteristic of infants and young children and plays an important role in their psychology.Empathy influences the occurrence of prosocial behavior,which is the motivation basis of prosocial behavior and the psychological way to promote interpersonal friendly relations.Good empathy ability can promote the increase of prosocial behavior and effectively reduce aggressive behavior.Therefore,it is necessary to explore how to promote the development of infants' empathy ability.The researches of relevant scholars at home and abroad mainly focus on the relationship between empathy and prosocial behavior,the relationship between empathy and communication ability,the parenting style of parents and the training of empathy,etc.The influencing factors of empathy are relatively scattered and one-sided,and the research on the influence of parental factors on infants' empathy is even less.This study in shenzhen district 194 infants and young children aged 2 ? 3 years as the research object,including the low level of empathy 34,mainly based on the theory of hoffman,social learning theory,through the literature method,observation method,interview method and questionnaire survey,combined with the existing research both at home and abroad,discusses the influencing factors of infant empathy,put forward the scientific and reasonable education strategy,in order to promote the development of empathy in infants.The results showed that there were significant differences among different genders,only-child and non-only-child,mother's babysitting time,mother's age,parents' occupation,parents' educational level and infants' empathy ability.The results of multiple linear regression show that gender,only-child and non-only-child,mother's care time,mother's age and parents' educational level have significant predictive effects on children's empathy ability.Qualitative research results also show that individual factors and family factors have different degrees of influence on children's empathy.According to the research results of empathy at home and abroad and the arrangement and analysis of the research results,the following education strategies are proposed:1.Respect the age characteristics of infants and follow their growth rhythm.2.Attach importance to good peer relations and build up the feelings of brothers and sisters.3.Pay attention to the relationship between family members and create a harmonious family environment.4.Increase the time spent with infants and children and pay attention to the emotional communication between parents and children.5.Improve my education level and parenting experience,and strengthen the relationship with kindergartens.
