All of its merits make weblog more and more popular. It has taken an important role in the culture communication in China in recent years and is becoming an indispensable part of some people's everyday life.When the bloggers record their stories, opinions, ideas and even engage in literature creation, weblog is not only a personal online space anymore but becomes a non-negligible factor in the name of culture affecting the structure of culture communication. Furthermore, weblog gives people strength to become an independent individual in the world of internet and speech authority to make common people become meaningful factors in the culture communication process, which affects the structure of culture communication and helps to form a new communication environment that encourages different opinions and values.Weblog has become a platform for people to relax, release emotions, express and fulfill themselves through writing. As a mass and public writing movement, the writing formats on weblog are various, including self-experience, inter-communication, improvisation, and cross-genre writing. Weblog writing and its technical platform share some common ideas. They both pursue freedom and the spirit of sharing. And frequent updating, concise writing and individuation become the main characteristics of weblog writing style.Although weblog literature comes into existence in an unorthodox image, it has never abandoned the requirement of traditional writing. Essays are the main formats of weblog literature, but it's the weblog novel that attracts most attentions. Weblog creation on their weblog, and in such a way impact the traditional literature and language art. But it will take a lot more time for weblog literature to play a more serious role in the literature renaissance. Right now it's just another way helping people express them freely.There are a lot of problems existing in the weblog culture communication system. Currently, weblog to some extent is just a way to show middle-class feelings and life style. And somehow a vulgar and negative tendency appears. It has been an urgent affair to form a healthy and well-ordered ecology of weblog culture communication. From a macroscale viewpoint, we should improve the situation from the aspects of economy, politics, and social development through strengthening self and mutual discipline, improving the related law system and administrative policies, advocating positive social values and culture communication ideas, as well as promoting reasonable guiding and supervision. Every part of the society should work together to achieve this goal.This study explores the current weblog boom and a series of factors coming with it, such as mass media technology evolvement, tech culture traits, the transformation of authority in communication, literature type in weblog, and the formation of weblog culture, and analyzes the weblog from the perspective of culture and communication. The study also discusses the problems existing in the culture communication through weblog to bring up some ideas to improve the structure of it, and try to cast some light on the prosperous development of weblog.
