On The Moral Freedom

The subject want to be self-perfected in morality through making moral choice, and so obtain the right of decision-making or enjoy the free-state in moral life. That is called the moral freedom. The subject's self-perfected in morality, it's the logical starting of moral freedom. And the making moral choice, the right of moral decision-making, the moral free-state of the subject are concerned the three contents of moral freedom, they are the will freedom, the right of moral free, the moral free state. The first is the premise of moral freedom, the second is the guarantee, and the third is the final-fulfilling. But look independently, these three contents can also construct one of the dimensions of moral freedom, so reflect the different intension of it. From the angel of will freedom, the moral freedom means that one has the capability to judge the right from wrong, good from evil on his will. From the right of moral free, moral freedom means that one has the right to take moral activities according to the moral ideal or rules. From the moral free state, moral freedom means one can obtain the perfect moral free through assimilating the rules reflecting moral laws on the base of mastering it. Regardless of which dimensions, if want to obtain moral free, one has to control her /his own activities according to moral law. When she/he learns the moral law by heart and makes them be part of her/his life in order that her/his activities always obey to the morality, she/he comes to the moral free. The moral law manifests three moral rules that deal with the relationship between human and nature, us and others, us and selves, they are merging the nature, purposing human being, and self-fulfilling. From the moral restriction, these rules mean some kinds of restricting firstly, but from the moral subject, they are only the rules from ourselves. So there are two kinds of moral responsibility. Firstly, the moral responsibility is some kinds of self-awareness in moral duty, it means we should take charge of our reason, and others' and human's. Secondly, the moral responsibility means we have to accept all the consequences as well as we have the free moral choice. Though we can obtain moral freedom through undertaking moral responsibilities, its realization need the guarantee of market economy, democracy, and multi-culture. The market economy promotes the social productive forces, liberates one from being slaved, so guarantee the moral freedom from material production and personal freedom and independence. The democracy guarantee the moral freedom from the passive right of freedom, through it one can protect his moral life from being interfered by country, society and others, and so realize moral freedom on his peculiarity. The multi-culture means some kinds of multi-values, it not only protects the freedom of one in moral value's expression, but also guides its judgment and choose by outstanding the advanced parts through the collision of all kinds of values, so promote the realization of moral freedom.
