As a branch of independent study, psychological measurement has gone through a development over a century, Mislevy R.J points out that so far the whole statistic measurement theory development can be divided into 2 periods: Standard test theory and new generation of test theory. Standard test theory's core technology is factor analysis, it aims to test subject's location on ability scale, New generation of test theory relies on the psychological research, it aims at cognitive diagnosis.Geometric analogy tests the ability of the core of general intelligence, where substantive psychology has done in-depth research already. This research of this thesis focuses on the cognitive strategy of geometric analogy cognitive component and the subjects'learning potential on the geometric analogy test, deploying the research encircling the realization of geometric analogy test from these three aspects. It answers 3 detailed question:1.what kind of item can arose the rule-constructing strategy of the subject, or rule-deleting strategy? 2.what factors of the items influence the rule construction component difficulty and how? 3.what learning potential assessment framework takes effect in evaluating the subject's learning potential of geometric analogy ?This research edits 40 geometric analogy items, does series of experiments on the subjects of 6th ,7th ,8th ,9th grades. It concludes that:1,It's found that the number of element of the items is the key factor which influences the subject's rule-constructing strategy or rule-deleting strategy. The number of element tends to rule construction strategy when it gets more and more, to the item deleting strategy when it gets less and less. The results of the research can be used directly in the test design and make the test better construe thorough description of the subject's properties under the framework of some strategy2,Research finds out that exchange, reflection, number and color influences the rule construction component difficulty, among which exchange and color are interfered by rule within the group and exchange number and reflection by the rule between the group. These conclusions of the research can be used directly in the test design. The indexes such as within correct probability and between correct probability can be used directly in the subject's individual and colony cognitive diagnosis analysis3,It's found that the standardized learning potential assessment framework whose essence content is item stimulus and problem-solving strategy ,worked out by this research takes effect in testing the learning potential of subjects of the 6th and 7th grades.This research boosts the study in the new generation of tests theory in our country, and offers references to the functions realization of cognitive diagnosis of the geometric analogy test in practice.
