On Social Time

Once life becomes an inertia, it can prevent mind going ahead. When we ask what time is, or use our words to define it, mind will stop. We live in time, just like indubitability, so we always neglect time. But once losing it, we find it very important, and we can't avoid. Surely, it isn't the physical time which is constant velocity, linear, one direction ahead, it is a social time.So social time is different from physical time. It is the human existence fashion. The process of human existence composes social time, also it becomes the ruler of human development, because it implicates plentiful innovation of person's essence existence and civilization society in social time's construction.Social time is life's existence and reception, also social existence and development. Social time is the reception on human, which is the unify of finiteness and infiniteness. As a finite existence, human also want to purchase infiniteness and perfection, during which human find his value and richness: finiteness and infiniteness, shortage and perfection, etc., social existence is human's living circumstance, the generation of it is man and society's generation, also social development promotes human's full and free development and proves his essence. Contemporarily, as historical existence, history is a successive unity just like human practice. So the three sides become ontology basis of social time. If life existence is the form of primary human existing, historical existence is the process of social time, then social existence is human and society's moving progress in social time.Ontology dimension of social time exists as existence circumstance and essencial characteristics of object and subject in cognition, it is the premise and possibility. So the cognition's object and subject should be presented in ontological circumstance, this movement injects power and vigor into ontology. The function of social time's cognition provides premise and basis for social civilization development and individual value, also presents the social time's function as staff guage of human society's development.As a staff guage of human society's development, social time influences human life. This paper attempts to build up reasonable, free and healthy social time idea. From the evolvement of social time, the pattern of human existence is social time, and social time cares human existence. Chinese social time faces with two questions: the dialogue of tradition and modern, construction of modern social time can't avoid tradition, or not it becomes shortage of vigor and creation. The construction is a work for human world, future is its objection. So construction of Chinese social time's idea has important meaning. From the view of theory, social time is reflection of human existence, the relationship of human and nature, human and society, person and person; from the view of practice, social time is a staff guage to direction the road of human development.Social time has new innovation with human society's development. Human society will go ahead in the direction of social time. Chinese society, In front of tradition, globalization, how to design our social time, reduce the gap of social time, and emerge into global social time becomes my task.
